Al's Airport Inn Bar & Grill

Environment was great, the staff were very welcoming and were quick. Food was amazing, I had the fish tacos. We also had appetizers and desserts and two people had a few drinks which raised the price, the meals themselves were pretty good price.

What a cool place. It is a little place but that's okay. Drinks were really good and strong. The food was delicious. Totally recommend the corn nuggets, so freaking good! All the employees were so nice and friendly. It was packed in there and we still got great service.

This place is a must-see. Parking is a pain, but walking through the door is a perfect bar and grill with great food and good service. Hamburger and Cuban sandwich are on point. Wings and fried shrimp were delicious. This is a really fun bar in a non-descript location. Reservations recommended for parties more than 2.

This is a solid case of don't judge a book by its cover. I highly recommend this place if you like an old school atmosphere with great friendly down to earth staff and really good food. Worth the visit and we will be back for sure. The bar is very well stocked and live music was a nice touch, but not over powering. Service was fast. Plus they have a Facebook counter on the wall which will update live!

Looks sketchy from the outside. But inside- great music, crowd and vibe. I didnt try the food but was sitting near the chef who apparently knows his stuff. Wide selection of drinks and they come out right. Gotta love the heavy pour!

Quaint place, seems like a lot of locals come here. So far I’ve only tried the chili nachos and they were delicious! Also they make a mean old fashioned, which I love. Will definitely go and try other things to eat and update.

During a recent visit to Ewing last week, we had dinner at Al's Airport Inn the first night (we had arrived late and needed a place where we could eat late). We sat at one of the available tables - there is no host/hostess but there is a visible sign instructing patrons to sit wherever they want (this was in no way an inconvenience for us). We ordered Al's Steak Melt and Fish & Chips. They were both very tasty. The Limoncello Mascarpone Cake was delicious and one portion was more than enough for two people. Our server, Maria, was very attentive, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. There was live music, which was very pleasant. We liked that it was not too loud, making it more enjoyable and allowing us to have a conversation while we ate. The bar was crowded and it had a nice, casual ambiance. We liked it so much that we went back for take out a couple of days later. During this second visit, we again ordered Al's Steak Melt and decided to try the Shrimp Mac And Cheese. The latter was a little disappointing in that is was not particularly creamy and the shrimp were minuscule and scarce but the taste was OK. If I ever go back to this area of New Jersey I would like to go back and eat dinner at this place.
