Angel Foot Massage

I have been here multiple times and I always have pleasant experience! This go round I brought my mother for her first experience and boy was she impressed(She normally doesn't like anyone touching her feet lol) Now she says we have add this amazing place into our budget each month! Thank you so much Angel Foot!

Poor customer service. Had a Groupon and arrived and the lady rudely said “we don’t accept Groupon on weekends or holidays” Groupon says nothing about using it only during the week or not being available to use on the weekends. The lady was extremely rude about it. I also walked through the door and she barely looked up from her phone to greet me. I’d recommend going somewhere else than here

The first time I went here it was great the last two times were a waste of money. The head to toe $55 special … the 40 min foot massage stood out to me when it was time for my foot massage he barely touched my feet , he massaged my calves the WHOLE TIME. That is NOT A FOOT MASSAGE. No pressure felt like nothing…I will stick to my usual at New You massage in Roswell (:

I really enjoy my experience here. I have been here several times and the service is good. I only ask for Theo and if he's not available I will not try anyone else based on the inconsistency of the reviews. You work hard and you pay your money for a good service and I am not willing to take a chance with someone else. The location has ample parking, clean location, professional and he listens to the area you would like to focus on. He cares about the service he provides and his work speaks for itself. There is an opportunity to improve on ensuring that the environment a little more quiet, less conversations and closing of the doors. We really come for a peaceful experience.

Had the combo feet/ upper body massage. Not sure about any other type of massage this establishment offers and do not plan on going back there ever. A male staff who did not speak much English and was having difficulty communicating and understanding what I was saying performed the procedure. Highly doubt that he had any training in massage therapy. He was using elbows and extreme pressure for the back and slapping my feet and thighs for no reason and with no warning. I had to stop him from hurting me by pointing and gestures. The procedure was literally taking place in the hallway with people walking around and talking. This was by appointment and not just walk in. No one asked if we had any preference regarding the gender of the therapist nor any specific concerns/ requirements. I was there with a friend and we regretted not walking out the moment we realized where we were going to be and not receiving any welcome from the massage therapists. I expressed my concerns to the front desk and was met with a blank stare. $70 is highly overpriced for the service that was mediocre at best .

I hate to even write this review. But I’ll never go back. I get massages weekly, and I was going here at least once a week until now. The music they play cuts off and goes to commercials so you can’t relax fully, the massage therapist Amy was not good at all and when I went to ask them since I come every week if they could comp 50% or do a 90 min for 60 min cost they said they can’t help me. I just want a relaxing experiencing and this place is not it. Go somewhere else and save your money.

I went in for a prenatal massage and was not greeted very warmly by the receptionist. I went around 7pm on Aug,20,2023. I signed in and was asked what I wanted and I told her that I would like a prenatal massage and she bent over the counter to look at my belly and then just kinda tapped her fingers awkwardly. After a long moment of silence I asked if she had anybody to do it because she didn’t welcome me in nor asked me to sit down… She just stared at the clock. They closed at 10pm. She then proceeded to say that she had 6 people coming in before they closed but her appointment list was blank. I guess my face kinda expressed my disgust so, she panicked and said can you wait 20min????? I told her to not worry about it that I was going to go somewhere else to get my massage. I was going to get a $70 massage and I have a tendency to tip big money. Idk if she was discriminating me or if she just didn’t want to work but, I will never come back to this place because, The same thing happened to me before at this location multiple times when I try to get a massage during my lunch break . I don’t even know how they’re up and running. Because they’re definitely not performing massages on regular people who actually want them.

We usually head down to Chinatown for foot massage but decided to give this shop a try. We were pleasantly surprised to find this little gem! We’ve done the Head to Toe, 1hr foot only as well as the 30min feet 30min back. They always can fit you in even during a drop in. Great staff, the MTs all have great hands. Don’t hesitate to give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. We got in the habit of going 3-4x/month.
