Three grown white men in their 50s Employees Pushed grabbed and scratched me and my friends. We are all people of color keep in mind. My non binary friend was thrown out because we were in the Dj booth (open to everyone Door was wide open ive gone in there multiple times throughout the years) Im a woman and was doing the same exact thing as my friend, dancing in the dj booth, and my friend got thrown out. No one said anything to me besides doing the exact same thing as my friend. So i go outside to find them manhandling my friend They have scratches all over their arms I tried to get them off of my friend which turned into these 50-70 yr old men Grabbing and pushing me as well. They put their hands on women in this establishment and the Dj plays the worst music on top of everything. I just cant believe i had grown men put their hands on me i am a 23yr old woman. Men will never truly understand the trauma women experience in these situations. I felt in danger i felt my friends were at danger of the hands of these old white men that are employed. You need better protocol on handling drunk people. Once i am out of the building there is absolutely no reason for the employees to be man handling women or ANYONE ESPECIALLY when we were out of the building trying to leave . Why in the world did they have their hands on my friend to begin with? You should kick people out of the building and leave them alone to leave. Instead me and my friend was assaulted by the employees. i cant stress enough how unfair that is 3 men against 1 drunk girl .

Very fun place to go to dance and feel carefree. However the lines to the bathrooms are crazy long anf packed. The Caucasian male server with short hair refuses to serve anyone who won't tip him.

Awesome club with one major problem - mirror tiles above the bathroom stalls. I'd give 5 stars if it weren't for that, but it is such an invasion of privacy. If you look up you can literally watch someone's full intimate bathroom experience, exposed and all. The music was decent, the drink lines were long and lots of people cut making it longer of a wait. But the drinks were delicious, not too expensive, and the vibe was on point. Edit: we returned to Angles 7 months after this review, on 4/12/24. My review is no longer what it was above - the mirror tiles still above the bathroom stall, the DJ promised my husband he'd sing me happy bday and didn't, then to top it all off there was a brawl in the parking lot after closing time. YIKES.

The old bartender is on a power trip and refused me service when I went to buy my FIRST drink. He said I was “too drunk” when I had just gotten there. He told everyone to not serve me and then continued to smile and laugh at me. This was my first time here and I will not be going back due to him. He would even talk to me or tell me why he thought I was drunk but I was not. I will definitely be telling my friends and family to stay away. Whole experience was ruined because of an old man on a power trip. Do better

I have been assaulted at Angles on more than 5+ occasions. Unfortunately, I do not feel safe here. 🙁 I initially thought that because this is a LGBTQIA+ safe space, the concept of consent would be better understood by the party-goers. However, I have met several acquaintances who have not only been assaulted here, but also have been roofied, as well. The staff is wonderful and amazing. The bartenders and very kind. However, I’m unsure if I should return back anytime soon.

Weird old men recorded my girlfriend and her friends. We reported them to the bouncers and they said “tough, it’s your word against their’s.” This place is corny and doesn’t deserve your business

My husband and I go here at times for years and we personally know 2 of the bartenders there. They both make us feel welcomed, front staff is welcoming and ID everyone even if they know or remember you. It’s a large venue with a upstairs area however the steel winding steps could be difficult and safety issue for those who consume to much. So be careful. The crowd is mixture of people but at times it gets overwhelming due to some drinking too much or high smh. Also many drop their drinks on the dance floor which is and issue and this place definitely needs better exhaust vents for the smoke. Another issue I would state is that isn’t the LGBTQ supposed to be accepting of everyone ? It seems many are very judgmental or hateful towards str8 people or couples…why? A safe place is for everyone not just who you deemed worthy. Drinks are pricy as if you was in Dallas or some concert.
