I have had many services from Anna, I have loved every single one. She has helped with tension, sore and tight muscles, headaches, and strained knees. I have done sound bowls ( amazing and relaxing) to light therapy with and without massage. It has done absolutely magic. Life gives us different aches and pains and Anna has always been there with a solution. She is great to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend in every way. My latest treatment is an anti aging service. I was glowing when I left after my first treatment!! I am excited to continue and see more progress.

Anna is wonderful! Her space is very relaxing and the monthly massages I get from her are the best I’ve ever had. I recently started receiving infrared light therapy as an addition to my massage and I truly believe it helps relieve tension initially as well as keep my shoulders in better shape long after the massage. I highly recommend seeing Anna and adding light therapy to your session.

Anna is amazing! I had the most relaxing prenatal massage with her. I’ve had them at other places with my previous pregnancy but this massage was far better than any I’d had before. She has this great massage table for the prenatal massage that is very comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing and the aromatherapy was a great addition to my massage. I told her my problem areas of my shoulders and my hips. She used firm pressure on my shoulders that was just right and lighter pressure on my hips because of my pregnancy. It was perfect. I highly recommend her and will be going back and sending my husband for a deep tissue massage.

Anna's space is lovely, inviting, and relaxing. The use of small warm crystal balls is such a soothing addition to Anna's strong hands; I was excited for the option to try the infrared light therapy; and due to some things that I shared about my current physical state, she even included the use of tuning forks, which I liked. The temperature of the room was comfortable, the ambiance was soothing, and in the now 2 massages I've had with Anna I have both had a good experience of mostly being quiet, and on another occasion I felt more talkative and she engaged with me in whatever way I needed in each session! I left with my body feeling more open and relaxed, and I'm grateful for the quality service!

I have been to Anna's for massages for several months now. Anna is a skilled masseuse and provides a comfortable and relaxing space for her clients. I go every several weeks for an aromatherapy massage for general relaxation and maintenance. Her business is located in an office building within walking distance to the Westminster Sheridan bus station. Highly recommended.
