When I came in yesterday, I really wanted to like this place. The ambiance was cool but unfortunately, the service was lacking. As someone who has been to many hookah lounges up north, I expected more. When I walked in, the server was just sitting on her phone. In my experience, servers should greet guests and make them feel welcome. Despite letting her know that it was my first time, she didn't seat us or provide a menu until we asked, which is crazy to me. She simply turned on the music and didn't attend to our needs unless prompted. This level of service is just wild to me.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ! Went this Wednesday to try to buy a section, throw money and pop bottles with my friends from out of town. I along with another customer named blaze requested for the same server Shawna for the simple fact her costumer service is top notch. However the tall brown skin lady with curly hair who in fact said she was the new owner told us “no you get what you get “ and gave us the WORST SERVER along with her being VERY RUDE and disrespectful Towards us . Then had the nerve to talked down on the employees and to put the cherry on top we waited almost 3 hours for a hookah because our server never came back to check on us . It took Shawna asking us how we were doing ,and immediately she brought us a hookah and turned us up . I recommend if you want good service call weeks prior to coming and ask for SHAWNA ! So this doesn’t happen to you

I didn't even make it inside before security told me purses are not authorized. I'm trying to wrap my mind around why women can't bring in a purse. Where am I supposed to put my ID (unless u don't check for it) or my money (unless everything is free of charge). We ended up going to Marley's cafe & Lounge instead.

Every time I go to Anubis, it’s nothing but great vibes! The hookah and music are great but one bartender in particular steals the show. Casey Jay was amazing!!! She is always so lit and accommodating and she will make sure you have a good time and a drink in your hand! Request her next time you go, I promise you wont be disappointed!

I visited Anubis Hookah Lounge with my office colleagues for cocktails and a good time. We Received Exceptional Customer Service From Our Hookah Girl Shawna. She had such a positive attitude along with her bubbly personality. The familiarity and passion about products and services at Anubis Hookah Lounge shows that she enjoys her job. The atmosphere was cool and chill. I will definitely be returning soon.
