I have tried a few massage therapists but none compare to Ashley. At the first appointment, she did an overall assessment, listened to and focused on my needs. She explained at the end everything that she had found, and what she would do for next time. She even took notes! Since then, I have been feeling better and better with each appointment. She is warm and engaging, thoughtful and focused. I can tell that she really enjoys her craft. I have no qualms about referring Ashley to anyone who asks where I go from my massage therapy. She is well worth it!!

Prior to coming to Ashley I had some negative experiences with massage. Massage with Ashley is a totally different experience. She works with her clients to thoroughly assess individual needs and offers a variety of therapeutic massage techniques. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great ability to tune in to individual needs and how best to meet them. My massage days are a highlight on my calendar. Ashley is hands down one of the best massage therapists I've seen! She is so kind and easy to talk to. She took the time to really listen to what I thought were pain points and symptoms. She was able to pin point and work on problems areas and after we finished explain why these issues could be occurring and offer techniques to help minimize flare ups in between sessions. She truly puts you at ease with her wonderful personality and calm and peaceful area. I would 1000% recommend her services.

My wife is currently 31 weeks pregnant and has been working with Ashley for a few weeks now. Her massages are the only thing that ease her aches and pains. She really helps get things flowing in her system, and she says her body feels "normal" again for at least a few hours afterwards. Ashley is very kind and professional, and my wife feels very comfortable working with her in such a vulnerable state. We would easily recommend her to anyone interested in getting regular massages, especially if they're pregnant.

That was the BEST massage I’ve ever had. Ashley was very attentive, listened to my needs before the massage and delivered the best experience. She has a very intuitive touch and worked out some intense muscle knots all while being super gentle with my body that bruises easily. I already scheduled my next appointment and can’t wait to go back!

OMG this was the most INTUITIVE HEALING massage I’ve ever experienced!! Ashley helped me let go of so much built up trauma and emotion that was trapped in my body. My eyes were watering as I felt myself letting go of what was holding me back. Her healing process was so beautiful-like a symphony! So much harmony in her movements. I’m not kidding!
