Give yourself a treat, visit Monrovia Athletic Massage. It’s definitely worth it!! I was having a hard time getting back to working out again because of the joint pains. I didn’t think I would be able to do it again. I scheduled a drainage massage and I felt so good. I slept like a baby and little by little I started walking while continuing to go in to use the different services in the center, like the Red light sauna, foot bath, power plate machine, just to name a few. Each time I visited I felt rejuvenated. Eventually I got back to working out at the gym even working out with free weights!! It truly has been a blessing for me and highly recommend it♥️

Rosa is much more than just a massage therapist, she is a true body worker! Things get fixed with her! I have had hearing loss in my left ear for over 30 years. I couldn’t hear frequencies that was 3,000 to 4,000 HZ like crickets or birds and after one session, I was able to hear crickets and birds again. It’s so important to me because I am a recording artist and my music will enhance because I can hear better now. And, I can’t forget that her massage table is so comfortable and moves so many directions so Rosa can get to trouble places easier and more comfortable for me. If you want things fixed, see Rosa!

What an invigorating and rejuvenation experience. I try to sauna at least 3 to 4 days a week to detoxify and cleanse. I was referred to Melanie Ramirez by my niece and I regret not going to her earlier. I've always had neck, shoulder, and back issues due to past history and now working from home, so I'm always either very sore or in pain. Melanie will always ask what's going on and what I'd like her to focus on. She always takes her time working out all my crazy knots. She may be itty bitty but she is mighty STRONG. What I love about her technique is that she will work on one spot, let it rest and go back to it until the knot is gone. Not like others where they massage the hell out of that knot leaving you in extreme pain. I highly recommend Melanie to everyone. She will be my forever masseuses.
