I recently visited the Automated Wellness Spa for a solo session and what a treat! It was clean, modern, and such a unique experience. I tried the sound bed for the first time ever and it was absolutely incredible there are no words to describe it! I really enjoyed the sauna with the added chromeotherapy lights and the massage chair was much more pleasant than I thought it would be. I was enjoying my time so much that I messaged Keith to extend 30 minutes and he gladly obliged. I will definitely be back and highly recommend AWC!

By far one of the most relaxing and unique experiences I’ve had. Sometimes you just want self-care day without the pressure of being social and not only does Keith provide a safe space, the ambience is unmatched. You can also bring friends which has made for some fun times with loved ones. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone ✨

Cannot recommend this place enough! The idea of a spa experice with this kind of privacy is absolutely GENIUS! Want a fun date night? Need a sauna but not quite comfortable in the public ones? Want some time for peace and self care - NOTHING beats it!

1st time use of a cold plunge tub. It was an exciting & stimulating experience. Location was well maintained & very clean. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

This place is awesome! The lighting and music are so calming. The hot tub manages to get all the spots my back needs the most. My husband absolutely loved the massage chair. I also really like all of the stretching and pressure point equipment. As someone who is an introvert and gets over stimulated very easily it's great to have a spa day literally to myself.

This is a nice setup. The massage chair is amazing. I always thought those things were junk but I couldn’t get out of this one. Clean and private.
