Awesome Massage by Liz

I have been a client for almost two years. I got a massage after a half marathon and Liz knows her craft because She helped me with my recovery. I just got a massage today and I didn’t even have to tell Liz about any modifications of pressure. It’s almost she read my tension and knew how much pressure to apply. The name says everything- Liz truly gives an awesome massage! The first thing I noticed was the COVID protocols, which I really appreciate since I have asthma. The space was clean, Liz was masked, I was masked, and she took my temperature with the forehead zapper. Liz asked about my massage preferences before the massage started, so I let her know that I carry most of my tension in my neck and shoulders. While more massage time was spent on the neck and shoulder area, I still felt pampered all over. I especially enjoyed the work on my hands and feet. I left feeling completely relaxed. Thanks, Liz!

Liz is one of the best massage therapists I know. I’ve been going since 2015 and each time I leave I feel more recovered and healed through her deep tissue techniques. She really listens to you and takes note of the problem areas you have and takes extra care of those areas during the massage. Rates are amazing as well. Well worth it each time I go.

Liz is a great masseuse and I am so happy I stumbled upon her when looking for a massage in San Marcos. I originally planned to go just once and ended up having such an enjoyable experience that I now treat myself on a monthly basis.
