Me and my boyfriend had the best experience. They communicated well from beginning to end. The staff was very nice and very professional. We ended up getting the 80 minute couples massage in the Salt room along with cupping and hot stones. John and Phyllis were amazing. They worked our problem areas and even stretched us out. We felt brand new when we left. We will definitely be returning.

I was supposed to have a 11:30 am appointment and was excited to try this spot for a much needed facial. I was sent the new address, arrived to no business signage, and locked doors. Texted person I had appointment with and they said running late but never confirms the address. Then she finally arrives 10 minutes late. She seemed peeved that I mentioned the lack of signage and was not friendly. I let her know that it felt that she was irritated with me which I don't understand because I don't know her and was the one confused and waiting. I said that I now felt that my appointment probably isn't a good idea. She just said "See ya" so I left. Would not recommend at all. Response to owner response: I did NOT berate you at all. I said hello and said that I wasn't sure if I was in the right place because of the lack of signage. You were so rude and unkind. You also did not say good Morning.

I can't speak to the spa part, I can only speak to the juices. Their juices are very tasty with a twist with regards to flavoring. The juices are a bit expensive, about the same as Whole Foods, but unlike Whole Foods, you are supporting a local business instead of Amazon. Give them a try.

Chantelle was great! I got my very first facial and it was amazing! The environment in this place is very relaxing and I will definitely be back for a full body massage in the Himalayan salt room. Thank you again Chantelle!

This massage was sub-par at best. No symmetry and the last 1/3 was just jarring, not even massage! Terrible service, unprofessional. In reply to this untrue response: I was on time to my appointment but was not provided with any information about the lack of parking. I had to call back and then once I had a place in overflow lot, I was inside within 5 minutes of appt time. Then, after another customer came in - she suddenly cut my massage short and just started jarring me, not even a massage. Terrible and Unethical. Most massage facilities actually lock the door in respect of their current customer, however this one showed me that I was not a valued customer. Buyer beware, businesses with ethics are a better choice!

We visited AXIOS Lifestyle Spa this weekend for a couple's massage and it was one of the best massages we've ever had! We had Phyllis and Chantel and they were amazing! They were experienced and professional, and they knew the exact pressures and problem areas. The entire place and environment is clean and the customer service was excellent. We booked our massages on short notice and the girl at the front desk was so professional and courteous. (I believe her name was Brandy or Brittany). Our massages took place in the salt room with side by side massage tables. It was calming and very clean. Finally, we finished off our service with freshly made smoothies and acai bowls and they were fantastic. I have nothing negative to say about AXIOS Lifestyle Spa. We will definitely be back to see them!

I’ve been going to Axios for years for salt therapy and because their smoothies are bangin, but today was the first time I had a massage there (not sure why I waited so long?!) and it did not disappoint. Chantelle was my masseuse and honestly I couldn’t find a single complaint if I tried. I let her know what pressure level I preferred and she was spot on for the duration. She even massage the perimeters of my face and I could tell she was doing some lymphatic drainage massages along my cheekbones, jaw, and neck which was awesome and assured me she knew her stuff. I left feeling like a brand new woman. Thanks again, I will be back for sure!

I had the salt bed session! It was very warm and relaxing. The workers are so nice. I had come in a couple weeks prior to check out their juice bar since I found a coupon at a local boutique shop and figured I’d give their drinks a try. It tasted good. But on top of that, my friend and I were able to get a quick tour of the spa with the salt room and the bed. I unfortunately don’t remember her name but she was very nice and offered me and my friend the free 30-minute salt bed session coupon. We also snagged some of that tasty chocolate ! Highly recommend for some relaxing and unwinding needed
