I had a lymphatic massage with MiraBai and I was pleased! She's very knowledgeable and more than happy to pass on tips for my ailments!

Would give more stars if I could. I went to see Mira because I couldn't hardly turn my head because of pain in my neck and shoulder blade area. OM gosh...I was completely relaxed by the time I left. I don't think there was one muscle in my body that she didn't massage, all the way down to my fingertips, and even my face, which BTW, feels amazing! She has amazing hands and an amazing technique. She's very thorough with her pre-massage assessment, so she knows just what your needs are and how much pressure you prefer. Even so, she's very careful throughout the process in making sure the pressure is just right. She truly cares about your wellbeing. If you're in pain, or even if you just need to relax, I can't recommend her enough. I'll definitely be booking another appointment. Thank You Mira! Lori

For several years I have been going to Mira Bai for massage and each time I am pleased with her clear explanations, and professional knowledge of the human body and my body in particular. Besides her Ashiatsu deep massage, this last time after carefully listening to my issues, she also expertly addressed scar tissue and a pinched nerve from previous surgeries. She is the best massage therapist and yoga instructor I have experienced.

I am so impressed with Mira Bai’s techniques and skills. She was very knowledgeable about the body. She’s so much more than just a massage therapist. I came in with a stiff neck and upper back and I instantly felt better that night and could actually sleep that night. Mira Bai is an incredible masseuse. Not only was my massage excellent, she had a lot of very specific knowledge and expertise with various injuries. I was experiencing a rather painful pinched nerve/ sciatica, so much so I was having issues getting to a standing position — she showed me serval exercises to rehab the issue and gave me a barefoot massage. This is the first massage I’ve left feeling the pain significantly assuaged. I highly recommend her!
