Back and Bodyworks is a great place to get a massage! Parking is very easy. All staff I've interacted with have been very friendly and helpful. Sharon gave me a wonderful massage. I'll be back and send on referrals as well.

I had my first massage with Back and Bodyworks. It was a great experience. Very nice and courteous staff. Hailey was my therapist and she is amazing! She is very experienced and knowledgeable. Definitely going back for more appointments and strongly recommend this place.

I had a 90 minute prenatal massage and the hand & feet paraffin wax for my birthday and it was amazing! Back and Bodyworks was fantastic working with my husband to plan, especially since we were originally scheduled with another place until they canceled on us the weekend before my appointment. We called Back and Bodyworks on a Saturday and they were able to get me in on the same day we had originally planned and I'm so happy they could! Haley was perfect, she has magic hands and I might be slightly in love with her after this. I left feeling rejuvenated and so relaxed. I will definitely be returning! The location and atmosphere are great!

My wife and I had a couples massage here today and very much enjoyed it. My wife had Cassandra and I had Jennifer. Both were very experienced, and gave us wonderful hour-long massages. The salon is very nice, comfortable, safe and clean (all of us were vaccinated). We will most definitely be going back!

Great massages. Sharon has taken care of me for years. I see her monthly. When our schedules don't align, there are always others who can accommodate my schedule and filled in.

Booked an appointment online and recieved a confirmation email. I arrived and called to check in and could not get anyone to answer the phone, even though I could see someone sitting at the front desk. A woman finally called me back, after I had called about six times. She immediately had an attitude with me and was extremely unpleasant. She said that she couldn't find my appointment and already had someone booked at that time. There wasn't anything they could do. She asked if I wanted to rebook on another day and I said I would find somewhere else because I was already dealing with extreme pain. I called massage envy and they got me in within 30 minutes. The staff was amazing and everyone was super friendly!!! Had such a fantastic experience that I got a membership and will be returning monthly. Thank you Back and body works for treating me so poorly that I found somewhere so much better!!! I will never spend another dime with your company.

Went with what the previous reviews had said, and I am sure glad I Gabe this place a shot! Got an appointment for a couples hour massage today (on a Tuesday) and they got us in within 2 hours of calling. The staff there is excellent! The rooms are calm and serene and the girls take the time to talk to you about your problem areas and really work those out. Even give you tips afterwards for preventing future problems. Very relaxing massage and decent prices, also gave us $10 off each for being first time customers (another added bonus)! Will definitely visit this location again if I am in the area. Highly recommended! Although it is not in Kansas City (Gladstone actually) well worth the 13 mile drive. Not a single complaint!
