This massage shop has recently “re-opened” under new management. It is well sanitized and the team of licensed therapists, Mia and Annie will provide an excellent massage focusing on problems areas where you have pain. The worst service I have received in OKC. Girl clearly had no idea how to give a massage. She only had two techniques, dragging her hands across my back (with no pressure) and leaning her body weight into mine. Neither felt good and it was clear she was just making it up as she went. She seemed extremely unhappy to be there, it was very concerning. I was charged 70$ for one hour (gave her 80$ and no change was given..). After thirty-five minutes she tried to end the massage. I told her politely the time wasn't finished and she gave me a few more minutes before ending again, still 10-15 minutes early. During the massage, I tried to make small talk to break the ice and she wasn't having it. She was yawning the whole time and putting no effort into the massage. Phone went off several times during the massage on full volume. Much much better options elsewhere. I tipped 70$ on top of the 70$ hour rate so I expected quality. I left the tip money on the table and she took it without asking (I can understand this, but still..). I think she knew she would get the tip so she stopped trying completely. 140$ is a lot of money for me and I felt really ripped off. I was trying a new place out from my regularly spot. Will try again in a few months but for now don't waste your money here.

I’m honestly shocked this place has any 5 star reviews. $130 for 1 hour couples massage and you are forced to tip $20. They ended our massage a full 10 mins early and the gal had to leave the massage at least 3 times so realistically my SO received 40 mins. I’ve had so many massages that I wouldn’t even call it a massage, more of a rub down and I can get that at home! They were nice but I’m not paying for you to be nice. I wouldnt waste your money here.

I believe this place need more help . My first time there and the owner took 3 brakes. And when I decided not to tip her I see a total of 3charges on my card. (It should. Only be 1))))And the extra time she gave me was 9 minutes. I was really looking forward to a nice massage and it kept being interrupted. Never again will I go back.

Very relaxing, but gosh it didn't seem like a full 30 minutes... Unfortunately I didn't check the time when I got there, but it felt more like a 15 minute MAYBE 20 minute massage. Nonetheless I will be back and ask for a 1 hour and check the time when I walk in to make sure I dont get shorted. Thank you balance Massage!

Amazing professional massage. Came in with a very sore back and came out relaxed and literally ready to take a nap. Candy is friendly and very conversational.

They were so good and nice it was very relaxing. I got couple massages with my sister and it wasn’t that expensive. I called one place before and they were trying charge me and her $130each and when I called balance it was $120 together and that was way better and I enjoyed it a lot. I’ll be going back
