I get massages on a regular basis and this was the first time at Balanced Bodies Massage. Usually it takes a couple of sessions before a massage therapist is in tune to what my body needs. However, Erin was able to quickly asses what my body needed and was communicating throughout to make sure the pressure was good. After the session my body felt great. I was able to walk more upright. The next day my body felt refreshed. I would recommend Balanced Bodies Massage.

My wife and I came to South Dakota for a vacation to make the rounds on all the traditional tourist sites. Thought we would take the opportunity to get a couples massage while in Rapid City. Erin and Jessica were our massage Therapist. We cannot say enough about how great of a massage it was and was a great experience we had. Will definitely make it a point to return if we ever return to South Dakota.

I have now had 3 visits with Raven. My first initial visit I let her know I was experiencing some nerve impingement in my right arm and I can say that each time I go in she pays really good attention to the one spot. I am able to move my arm again and I can tell my body is definitely reacting to the tension that has left my body. She has given me great advice on what to do between visits. I have found the best of the best!!

She did amazing with my daughters first massage. Explained what she was going to do, asked about the pressure frequently, got out A LOT of knots in a girl who is usually very tender to even light touch. She's a gem!

Jessica did an amazing job making me feel comfortable during my prenatal massage. I pulled my back a day prior and was in a lot of pain, she was able to get in there and relieve all the pain I came in with. Will definitely be coming back!
