Days later, after my last visit to and treatment by Cara, the hip pain and stiffness I was experiencing is still gone, even when carrying heavy items up stairs. She is very knowledgeable in her assessments and knows just what is needed from what she learns from them. The studio is very pleasant and wonderfully comfortable.

Katie has magical ninja hands and such quiet, grounded peaceful energy. absolutely wonderful.

That way I have a consistent check-in with a skilled practitioner who knows my body well. Cara is intuitive, skilled, and continually expanding her skills through trainings. Without a doubt I’m more balanced, flexible and have fewer aches and pains as I age thanks to my monthly massages with Cara. When Cara is unavailable I’ve had many massages with other therapists in the group and they’ve always been excellent. Great office.
