I’ve always believed in “healing hands” but never experienced them. Until now. Monica delivers more than a massage at Balanced Rock Bodywork… she provides a holistic relaxation and healing experience. I arrived tired — drained, really, in mind, body, and spirit — and I left feeling energized. She took care of me from the moment I walked in the door. Her practice centers the whole person, and you can tell that she loves what she does. It is evident that she is not only a massage therapist, but also an empath with sterling intuition and a healing touch. I am grateful for the experience and will certainly be back!

I have had many massages in my life and have experienced many different massage therapists, but I have never experienced 'healing hands' like I did today with Monica. She put me at ease from the beginning and was very professional and respectful. Her sacral cranial approach helped me release the stress that I was carrying so much that I started unexpectedly crying. I have never had that happen before. What a beautiful experience. Thank you so much for making my day start with such strong positivity that carried me throughout the rest of my day.

Monica is amazing!! She is very knowledgeable in a variety of modalities, this allows her to tune in to what my body needs and give a customized massage. Very personable as well, I feel at ease and uplifted by her positive energy. I highly recommend her!

My massage experience with Monica was amazing!!! She was professional and friendly from the start, and is incredibly gifted. She takes a very intuitive approach and knew exactly what I needed and where I needed the most work - without me saying anything. Monica did a fantastic job! I was very happy with my experience. I came in with back pain and Monica’s methods provided much needed relief. I have received probably a dozen massages from four different therapists and my experience with Monica was by far the best massage for pain management that I have ever received.

I've been coming to Monica for several months for pinched nerves & osteoarthritis in my neck, arms & back. She really listens & cares about her clients, she's very attentive & has customized my massages to best help my condition. I tried trigger point injections & physical therapy but I get the most relief from massage therapy. I've also tried other people in the past but Monica is by far superior to any that I've tried. I have recommended several people to her & definitely recommend her to anyone who is suffering or who wants a great, relaxing massage. Monica is the best!
