The staff was super kind and they talked with me about everything I needed to know since it was my first time here! My massage therapist was excellent. I really liked how she kept asking me questions to make sure that I was comfortable. She had the most nurturing touch that my body needed. Everything was perfect and she even gave me some at home care that I can do to help myself even more! I will be coming back

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and promptly offered a heat wrap for my neck while I waited for my massage. Once the session began, the therapist skillfully targeted my trouble areas. It was one of the best massages I've had in a long time, and I highly recommend it to anyone. Plus, their late hours make it convenient for those with busy schedules.

I’m visiting from New York and can’t say enough good things about Ballaura. The front desk was very welcoming and I asked if they had suggestions on where to get lunch after my massage and they gave me a whole list of places to try! My massage therapist was amazing and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! I would definitely recommend coming here for a nice and relaxing experience.

The front desk staff was so warm and welcoming when I arrived, offering me a warm neck wrap. The lobby was calm and beautiful. My therapist, Marissa, made sure she understood my goals before beginning. My massage was amazing and exactly what I was hoping for. The room was beautiful, table was heated to perfection. Marissa was skilled and made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I can't wait to come back!

I had booked a couples massage a week in advance and they were very helpful at the front desk. It was a very calming, comfortable and clean environment. Everyone was so wonderful and kind! The massage was perfect, and the price was very reasonable! Next time we come to visit, we are definitely coming back!

Customer service was top notch. I really appreciate all the little things like the electrolytes before the sauna, the offering of the neck warmer, how polite and amazing the front staff was and all the extra things in the sauna room. I also want to mention how absolutely amazing Sky was! Sky took the time to really understand my pains and provided perfect service. I fell asleep while being serviced. I'm a massage receiving veteran and have gone to pretty much any place in Oly/Lacey trying to find the perfect masseuse for my needs. Although I've had great service at other places, I never felt the desire to go back. Sky easily took the number one spot and I will be going back regularly for this reason. Thank you!

I booked the 60min full body with Skye. she was amazing!! very considerate and friendly. this was my first massage ever and Skye did such a wonderful job keeping me comfortable. her hands are magic! very firm pressure and even gave me tips on how to improve my migraines!! 10/10 would recommend!

I had a great massage here today. I’m planning on going back in 2 weeks for another. The rooms are nice and clean. They have a bunch of included enhancements with the massage, like gua sha, hot stones, cupping, and several other things. My masseuse was Chris, and I can’t recommend him enough. He is very knowledgeable and the way he massages is very intentional.
