I have been a client of Bambu for over 10 years and cannot speak highly enough about the business. I now come to the Huntersville location and recently tried the red light sauna now available, what a treat! I had a 30-minute session after my hot stone message and it was exceptional. Private room, you are able to choose between 3 heat settings, comfy robe and slippers to go from massage to sauna, and a cold towel to cool off with afterwards. Highly recommend! In addition, the spa is ALWAYS clean, the coconut oil used in the summer months is such a treat, and there are options to add aromatherapy and CBD oil to the massage - you can truly customize your experience.

The massages are probably good, but the last two times we’ve called to book an appointment we’ve showed up at the correct time and date, only to be told it was booked on a completely different day. It has been a waste of my time and frankly, disappointing. It just happened again and even more unfortunate is that I dragged my husband over here to try to relieve his increasing back pain, only to walk back out because they scheduled wrong…. Again.
