Gross hole in the wall, completely unprofessional management. Very degrading racially discriminatory experience. ID reader is out of date. Staff did not know how to read a passport. Write your ID in crayon and use small words so the hillbillies in charge can understand. The rent-a-security guy (not even good enough to be called a rent-a-cop) needs to realize it is not that serious. Kudos to the guy and gal behind the bar for more than making up for the terrible experience at the door! Amazing, attentive and professional. Hopefully they will realize their own worth and leave that place.

They support and allow multi level marketing schemes to be shilled where people get scammed into pouring money into joining these pyramid schemes with the promise of making money while 99% of people (according to the FTC) lose money of make no money. It's absolutely disgusting that they hold "events" for these scammers. They absolutely need to do their research on Pure Romance and their disgusting "business" practice.

I see some negative reviews about Bar 3911..... Unless those people are just REALLY hard to please, (I know from experience that you can't please EVERYONE), then I have no idea why they posted negative reviews. I am crossdresser, I wanted to go out to an LGBT bar this past Friday night and it just so happened that I picked Bar 3911 and I'm GLAD that I did! I had a WONDERFUL time there singing karaoke, watching and hearing other people singing and talking to some people. The DJ, Matt was wonderful, NO one was judgemental toward me, the guy at the front checking IDs was really nice and the bar tender was nice as well. I HOPE I get to go back to Bar 3911 again! You can only give up to a 5-star rating, but if it were possible, I'd give this bar 10 stars! To anyone else who reads this review, looking for an LGBT bar, I highly recommend Bar 3911!
