Bar Americano

My wife and I stopped on a Saturday evening, 8/19/23, for a cocktail. As you walk up you encounter the great outdoor patio, and walking in it’s a little dark but has a friendly chill vibe. The drink menu has a mix of familiar and unfamiliar options. I opted for a whisky mule and my wife the Bia Bia. While good the mule was a little weak. Gabe, the bartender, fixed that on my next one. My wife described what she wanted in a drink and Gabe masterfully, mixed one up on the fly. We went in for 1, and stayed for a few. It was a good experience, and we’ll be back.

Was here last night. Daphne's little brother has finally opened and lived up to his big sister's rep. He's rightfully making a rep of his own! Loved the vibe, the cocktails, Italian wines, and food. Great service from the ladies behind the bar.

Edmonds was due for a new bar like this! Perfect lil spot: Good music, energy, drinks, bites. We had burrata, olives, bruschetta and delicious cocktails. I’m excited to see this place thrive and will be back soon!

Walked in and saw one of my favorite liqueurs on the shelf. Said I’d love a specific famous drink made with it. “Sorry, can’t do it.” Asked for anything along similar lines. “Well, we don’t have the ingredients, so that’s tough.” Asked what they *could* make with the liqueur on their shelf. “Lots of things!” I ended up ordering a whisky on the rocks after receiving no suggestions about what was possible. This was the only drink I got. When closing out, the bartender tapped the 20% tip option for us. To be fair, he had walked by our table to ask how my drink tasted. It tasted like whisky on the rocks. This place probably has excellent cocktails. Stick to the menu, and I bet you’d have a good time! As an aside, if anyone knows of great cocktails with Cynar, I’m all ears!

A great bar with intentional drinks and good vibes. The well crafted cocktails and amaros is we welcomed scene to the Edmonds kind of day. Thank you to the owner of Daphnes Bar for expanding to this space, amazing!

Great drinks, seems like a fun spot. Like every bar in Edmonds I wish the drinks were like 3-4 bucks cheaper so I could justify getting going/getting two drinks more often

Intimate space with a good vibe...a proper cocktail bar with a few tasty bites to choose from too. Bar staff know their stuff. Bar height and bench seating. On street parking. Recommend!

Wanted to send a sincere thank you to Bar Americano for an incredible experience last night. We had a party of about 35 come in for drinks. Our bartender was phenomenal and had such a great attitude and was so kind. She made great cocktails as well. The ambience was perfect and for the area there is simply not anything like it. Every detail in the aesthetic is intentional as well. I couldn't recommend Bar Americano enough for a great night of drinks! Thank you again!
