Bella Lounge

Drinks were delicious! Bella charcuterie board was also very delicious! The service was excellent! But it is a family run establishment so there were times when the family would come around and start talking in a manner that me and my friend could hear everything. So we didn’t really have a lot of private conversations, because the family kept coming around and having conversations of their own with each other. I will probably never come back, due to this fact. when I’m out eating with my friends, especially in an establishment like this. I don’t want to know the family drama that the owners are having.

We went here during Downey Pride and my friends and I had an amazing time. We just had a couple drinks, I forgot what mine was called, it was a blue margarita and my friends got the rainbow shots. They both we're so good. The server were nice and the place was so cute. I realled liked the twinkle lights they had in front of the bathroom, my friends and I took turns taking pictures in the mirror. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I'd love to come back again to try the food and do the hookah.

It was date night, and was trying to check out Ola, but then I saw this open lounge in the corner and decided to check it out. It looked pretty exclusive, so we called to see if this was a reservation only type of place. Since it was not busy, they said to just come in, so we did. Drinks were so good. We started off with a Manhattan and Watermelon spritzer. Drinks were 10/10. But wow, nothing is going to beat how good the yellow tail aguachiles were. Flavor was on point. Ended up getting more drinks and appetizers and ended the night. We will be coming here again because the service was also great. We felt respected.

We were looking for a place to grab drinks and decided to give this place a try. The guy at the door stopped us and wouldn’t let us enter due to a strict dress code. We understood and decided to make our way elsewhere, but then they came over and let us know if one of our party members just changed his shoes they could make an exception. The person left to grab shoes and they sat our party down, but quickly came up to us and said they would feel more comfortable sitting our party in a booth towards the back. We moved, without thinking much of it. When we asked for water they said do you want us to bring a bottle for the table to share. We said sure. They brought a Voss water, which they later tried to charge us for. Then when we let them know we were interested in trying hookah they responded with, oh that would have to be outside, which meant the patio. They then had to move us again. At this point the total bill was a little over $300 between all six of us, and all of a sudden the service was turned up a notch with the manager coming over to check on us every 10 minutes or so. Part of our party left and paid their part of the bill. Later we requested the remaining bill and they tried to charge us for their part and ours combined. We pointed this out and the waitress was a little confused and somewhat confrontational in her tone, but ultimately removed the items from the bill. All in all the atmosphere was cute and yes the prices were kinda high, but it was the service and feeling like they prejudged our party based off of appearances that is the reason our entire party would not be returning to this establishment or Mosaik across the way which they apparently also own.

This place is good ,the food specially the sushi great hookah ,great music ,nice place for Bruch ,even at night

We went for a quick drink, but it didn't end up being quick...bartenders took too long to make drinks..and they weren't the fancy kind ;). The decor is lovely and our server was attentive. Having one guy as security and the other seating you is overkill...the place is really small.

Me and my Gf we were strolling by and saw this new corner bar in downtown Downey and the moment we stepped in everything said reservation but they place that in the table and you can make reservations the other thing that capture our eyes is the classic vintage Hollywood look from the pink suede barstools to the nice blue suede chairs and gold theme tables and lastly a fire pit this place has it's chill vibe this a place for a more chill relax vibe and try out some fine mix signature cocktails drinks when you arrive you get greeted asked either table or bar or the green booths and price is upscale but it's worth the experience you get your own water flask very nice detail very cool and chill me and my gf would return back again hope also you enjoy our pictures of the location loved the theme style
