We went there at about 10pm and it was completely empty except for the people that work there. So that was wild but it picked up later and I can say that it was very chill and fun. There are lots of games you can play but some may cost. The food was delicious and if they got it they will make what drink you want. I would also say it's pretty affordable also that they will check IDs at the front door so don't forget it. Will go back again 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

If you have an enemy or an evil ex, buy them a gift card for this place and ruin their night. So we were told upon entering that they could only serve bottles and cans, even though the bar was fully stocked. OK. Ordered two sandwiches, mozzarella sticks and chips with guacamole. One sandwich and the mozzarella sticks arrived, then nothing, and all the staff seemed to disappear until we were able to find someone 25 minutes later, well after we needed to leave, to bring us the check which still had the charges for the food we didn't get on it. When we pointed this out, we were told that they had already run the card and shrugged. We protested and were tossed $9 in cash for one of the missing items, and told to have a good night. Oh, and the BLT I ordered was bad. It takes a special kind of ineptitude to make a bad BLT for a patron in a bar with 5 other customers in it. I'm excited to never come here again.

I’ve been in hospitality for my whole life. Never heard of a Paul Blart(security guard) saying “it’s a private party you can’t come in” and continuing to say “unless you know somebody inside.” I came BEFORE my friends arrived I was alone and I left to get food. They had no problem getting in. ‍♂️ I’m certain it was my skin. He allowed me in after he saw that I knew somebody inside and it was my birthday, I will definitely be making this a bigger issue. He should be able to read ppl better. I’m not even going to discuss more than that

our food took 1 hour to arrive, people before us were served way before. we had to remind our waitress 3 times to bring us our drinks and still took 20 minutes to get here. very disappointed our waitress also made us get our own sauces and had horrible attitude.

Alex is hands down one of the best bartenders in the city. So welcoming and fun and speedy with your drinks. If you’re down for a good time late at night, come through to big city tap!! Great burritos.

Music is lit, will get you to dance, mind the service to have fun. I really believe this place got something to do better with their service, As business wise check out your service quality. You can do better. Get money Mr. Big City Tap!

Took an hour to get our food plus served people that came in after us. tried to play a song on the jukebox and wouldnt let us play it. Spent money for them just to not play the song we picked just because they didnt like it. very disappointed, bartender was also very rude.

Kynzie was my bartender. She's great! Very attentive and provides quick and accurate service. The food is great and always comes up at a decent time. It has a good atmosphere with lots of TVs for sports lovers and a pool table, if you wanted to play. Overall, a great experience and I'd definitely go again.
