Black Hole Bar

Really chill vibe upon walking in this spot about 8pm on a Monday. The bar is very dark on the inside. I guess that's where the name comes from, lol. There were 3 of us. 1 friend's bill was about $25 for 2 drinks. The other bill for 2 of us was about $50 for 4 drinks. The drinks were decent. I did get a nice buzz. I think it's worth mentioning that I was on an empty stomach. There was a female bartender. She was nice. I'd go back for their happy hour when everything is half off. I can see parking being an issue during busier times.

Good bar with nice decor and good specials. Before 6p every day everything is half off and there are rotating specials daily. There's an outdoor patio and a pool table up front. Don't think in could ask much more from a neighborhood bar.

Very chill and relaxing bar to hang out. There wasn’t any food available but that was OK. We just came to have a drink and watch some of the Michigan game. Nice and clean plenty of tables. There was also a pool table at the front and restrooms in the back.

Nice place to chill, jukebox & play pool. Dog friendly and they make a good drink. A very enjoyable environment, my service dog loves this place!

Stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon for a couple of drinks and games of pool. The bartender was super friendly and the drinks were decent. They played good music in the background. It's a dollar in quarters per game of pool. We enjoyed our time here!

The first time I came here I ordered two stiff drinks that were pretty good. The lady bartender was nice. She gave me change. The second time I came here was very unpleasant. One of the guys playing pool started saying rude things to me and asking me non stop questions without letting me answer. When I mentioned it to the guy bartender, he pretended he could not hear me. The music also kept going out which was very annoying. But it’s obvious that he could hear me as there wasn’t even music on.

Favorite local bar to go to. Never a bad time. Friendly bartenders, great music, good vibes all the time.

The place was amazing in all aspects. I've heard about this place from one of my friends and decided to give it to try. We shared a plate of chicken tenders and we're surprised how tasty it was. My husband had a Modelo draft which is hard to find, and I had a Summer Mist cocktail which was delicious. We felt like we were treated as regulars even though it was our first time in. We will definitely be back and make this one of our regular bar visits when we're in the city.
