We were really excited to try this place. Sadly, we were a little bit disappointed. We got a seat right away but honestly, it took a really long time to get service. Our server was really nice however, it took a really long time to get refills and to get checked on. The food was decent. The salmon appetizer was good along with the ribs. The chicken was a little bland. Bison burger was nothing special. Food was not too expensive but for the quality, it was a little much. Maybe find another place to eat instead of this place.

Nice place right in Two Harbors. We went here for a late lunch. Weather was perfect to sit on the patio. Service was prompt and friendly. Food came out fast. I got the Prime Dip with onion rings and was happy. It comes with the dip of course and also a horseradish based sauce. My husband got the Ruben with waffle fries. His came with a tasty Thousand Island type dressing. We both really enjoyed our food. This is a nice location to hit up when coming back from a day in Grand Marais/ hiking etc.

We enjoyed a lunchtime visit here on the outdoor dining deck. The Bulldog Bites are always good, and my Firehouse burger was pretty decent. Our server, Mikayla, was wonderful and the Huckleberry Lemon Spritzer cocktail was perfect on this warm afternoon.

Best food we've had in Two Harbors. My wife got the meatloaf (get it glazed!), and it's seriously the best meatloaf I've ever tasted. I got a hot chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries - very good. I also need to call out the pub pretzels, they were incredible. Big fan all around!

Went on my Birthday and had a pleasant dining experience. Staff was friendly and helpful at picking out items from the menu and although I did not have my dog with, their patio is dog friendly and that is a huge plus

3rd time trying this place, it always just feels a bit sub-par. The food for the most part is decent enough, but there are better eateries in the area. They were also out of the first 3 drinks I asked for that were marketed specials, were out. Also, took 1 bite of my quesadilla & was done, sweet BBQ sauce doesn't belong on Mexican fair.

Website says it is dog friendly, but the patio was not staffed on a Saturday night so the doggo had to wait in the car. Flies inside... The food was better than the other local fare along the north shore.

I grew up going to blackwoods and been away for quite a few years. However, it was amazing as always. Got an order of cheese curds, My husband had the buffalo burger, and I had the walleye sandwich substituted the kettle chips for the stuffed tater tots. He had a local beer, and I had a wonderful moijto. Can't wait to visit again.
