It was my first time at the bar on Friday 8/20/2021. I’m Asian/Hmong. There was only 1 bartender and she was the only worker in the entire place. I walked around trying to look for another worker or a manager but no other workers to be found. I was standing at the bar and asked to order drinks, the bartender declined me and said that I already had a drink (My nephew next to me ordered us a round of drinks and left). She proceeded to serve everyone else around me and not me, skipping me and walking pass me, serving the people that had been sitting at the bar before we arrived. And, everyone else. I knew she was the only one working so I waited patiently and when she walked towards me, I asked her for some water, she didn’t reply and never brought me any water. I couldn’t order drinks and she didn’t want to serve me any water. Finally, after watching her serve everyone else, she walked to serve the black gentleman that just arrived next to me. She ended up bringing me water when the black gentleman kindly said, give her some water she’s been waiting. This place needs more workers and better service. I’m glad she didn’t serve me because I didn’t have to waste any of my money or tip her. I get that she’s having a rough day but be kind, serve everyone equally! I do not plan on ever returning and will continue to tell everyone I know to not go to this poorly managed bar.

We went there to check out the atmosphere and it was great! We had a blast singing karaoke and met a few regulars there and they were super nice! Would definitely go again.

This bar has no empathy. The Karaoke guy sucks.. and the people are combative. Oh, if you wanna sing the same song twice in a night because it makes you feel good and comfortable? Don’t count on it. “It’s company policy.” Just like any friendship, relationship, etc.. I have no interest in an establishment that doesn’t serve me. Also, the bar smells like they don’t clean their beer lines. Gross. Do better.

Haven't been there in years went out with coworkers it was 2 for 1 all night had a blast bartender was amazing

I have been here a few time and the people were nice at first. Karaoke is a blast and if you can’t sing the people are respectful! Lately there has been a few people that start fights… the staff are friends with the instigators so not much is being done. If nothing changes I don’t recommend coming here again to anyone.

I've gone and enjoyed singing kareoke people were nice. Had problem website says closes at 2. I've walked there 1245 doors locked. Cute girl banged on door me standing there also they let her in not me. I would go again cause in walking distance of home. Tonight called 12:00 they said closing down. Either your open or not. Change website
