I've gone here at least half a dozen times at this point, and am quite fond of it. It's affordable, the atmosphere in the massage rooms are nice, and for the most part the staff is skilled. I get the deep tissue massage and each masseuse does it slightly differently, so you'd want to specify a specific person if you want something consistent. But I don't mind going in without knowing exactly what I'll get, which makes booking an appointment same day always doable. Big fan!

As a loyal customer for over a year, I had a disappointing experience with the new therapist Suki, who didn't provide a proper massage, ignored feedback, and communicated poorly. I’ve always left this massage place feeling rejuvenated until today. My experience with Suki started with a blanket-covered massage with such light pressure it was barely noticeable. I assumed she was warming up, but it continued throughout the session. Despite my request for firmer pressure, she didn't change her technique. Half the session was spent with this nonexistent massage under a blanket, leaving me more tense and stressed than when I arrived. Unaware of how much time had passed, I requested a different therapist, only to be told to wait 40 minutes. She also left oil on multiple places, including my hands, and didn't remove the blanket from my head when she ended the session. I had to fight tooth and nail to speak to the manager to resolve my issue, given Suki didn't listen, take accountability, or allow me to speak to the manager even for a short while. She was not sorry about the poor experience I politely expressed to her, refused my refund request, and wouldn't allow me to speak to the manager unless I waited another 40 minutes. Thankfully, Lynn later came out and resolved the issue, but the entire experience felt like a total waste of time. I will probably still go to this place for Lynn, who is excellent. But to new customers, please reconsider if you're booked with Suki. I hope this feedback helps improve the service, as my experience was far below the usual high standard.

I came in with my boyfriend for the couples' massage and it was a great experience! The staff was very nice and friendly, and multiple times during the massage they would check in and ask how I was enjoying the massage (pressure, pain points, etc.). I liked the atmosphere a lot, the rooms are clean, quiet, and had soothing music. The price point is great for the massage! They also gave me a cute little baby plush after the massage. I will be coming back with my mom in the future.

Have been coming here regularly and been seeing Lynn. She's an absolute master of her craft and knows how to find your pain and knots with a quickness, and then make sure you're walking out of the room with all your knots released. In regards to the store, this place is very convenient to get to in the middle of downtown, and very clean. Highly recommend!

had a wonderful experience getting a deep tissue massage here. came on a weekday afternoon and it was empty, clean, and peaceful. it seems to be the most affordable in the area as well. i have chronic back and neck pain/tension and left feeling much looser thanks to my masseuse lucy, one of the best i’ve met. she was strong and clearly skilled with managing knots and applying the right pressure. she and chelsea at the front desk were very kind and friendly 🙂 highly recommend this spot - say yes to the hot stones, bring cash, and don’t forget to tip generously!
