Friendly staff. Walking/working on back was the relief I needed. Hot stone technique was different and less effective. They request payment before service plus aggressively request for tip.

We took a break mid day for Universal 2nd day. My whole family went got massages, they were amazing. Coming here again, when we come back next year. ❤️ Very friendly.

I am shocked! I wish I had checked these reviews!! I booked a massage here and was so excited! The woman left 5 times during my 90 minute massage, which I understood because they might have been short staffed and I understand a lot of businesses are struggling with staffing. More importantly the massage was bone to bone and I was being shaken so much up and down in this fast rhythm that I had to ask her to stop 3 times. There was no actual massage. Upon leaving my friend tipped cash (we had already paid in advance) and I was reluctant and began to ask my friend what I should leave because she knew my experience was awful. My massage lady pursued forward at me saying that she worked hard and where was her tip, and then wrapped two hands around my upper arm in a twisting motion and told me to tip her ASAP and began screaming in another language! I pulled away and went out the door, then two people followed us out, one of them pulling physically on us to tip…when I started yelling I was calling the police they backed down and went back inside their facility.

I passed by here after having a meal next to it. It feels great to come in and experience the massage. The massage technique is very professional.

Very good massage. The room was very clean. It made me relax from the fatigue of the whole weekend. I will come back again!

I came here for Mothers Day with a friend of mine. I was asked to pay before my services began and I noticed that I was the only person in that establishment that they did that too. Everyone else was charged after their service was complete. I was wondering if that was done to me because I was the only black person. I also paid for a 90 minute massage but was only given a 60 minute massage. The massage therapist was also late. I waited for at least 20 minutes before he entered the room. When I mentioned this to the message therapist he barely spoke English and kept saying it’s not free. I tried to explain to him that I already paid for it, but he didn’t understand. I also questioned why my friend and I paid for the same thing, but she got hot stones and I did not. When I asked why, he went to telling me it’s not free. As I came out of the massage room the therapist was asking me for a tip. I still tipped $15 but I will NEVER go here again. They’re unprofessional and racist. On top of that they don’t speak English. Another lady took my name and number and said she’ll leave it for the boss because they were just workers and they couldn’t do anything. 8 days later and I still haven’t received a phone call, email, anything and when I call no one answers. A waste of $140. Do not waste your time or energy going here. Find another place !

We arrived a bit early and sat for our time slot. There was a single person who was leaving and the lady that gave him the massage chased after him asking for a tip when he already left one at the front counter. It was very awkward as that became the lady who gave me the massage. I planned on tipping so I didn’t have to worry but was awkward. Then she never spoke a work to me. I had a couples massage booked and the two only talked to each other. I would have liked them not to talk. The walls did not go all the way to the ceiling so we could hear every conversation outside the room at the front desk. There was also a camera pointed toward the door but you could see if from our room so I felt like they might be able to see us. At one point a lady came in yelling at the front desk. My lady left the room to go take care of her. Meaning she opened the door while I was on the table to go to the door. They left the room a few times and I was not happy that they opened the door when you can see into the room from the counter and waiting area. I don’t need people to see me. This was by far the worst massage and my partners first massage and he was not happy. They do not care about modesty when changing positions and we felt uncomfortable.

Visiting Orlando and wanted to schedule a massage for 4 ppl. I called in several hours in advance. I understand 4 ppl can be hard to accommodate. Made my reservation. I received a text to make sure We arrived early. We did. When we arrived we were asked to pay and tip for the massage. I told her I wasn’t comfortable with that, but she was vocal about how everyone pays first and how that was the norm. We agreed to pay but not tip. We waited for our massage, and after 10 min of waiting I realized they were not ready. They didn’t have enough ppl there to give massage. I expressed my concern and how the whole purpose of calling was to assure availability. I told them to just massage who ever they could and that i would sit out. The lady then became very argumentative, refunded my part and threw my card at me. Then she kept trying to argue with me while I waited for the rest of my party. Overall not a good experience. I would think twice about visiting this establishment.
