Body Balance Massage

Saturday I had my very first massage ever at almost 70 years old! I had Jesse and he was incredible. I was completely terrified as I had never did anything like this before, but as soon as I arrived I knew I had made a good choice. Jesse answered every crazy questioned I had and I was much more at ease. Jesse is so professional and knowledgeable about massage. He explained the whole process and I thought if he really can relax me, he is a miracle worker. I did get the full body massage and when Jesse was done I felt like a new person!! He did give me a couple of exercises for my neck and I know they are going to help me in my journey. I highly recommend Jesse for anyone who is the least bit nervous , because he will make this be the best day of your life!! Thank you so much Jesse for releasing the stress in my body and I am looking forward to another day of self care for mysel!!

Jesse has worked around my crazy schedule and has taken last minute appointments as I've needed them. Jesse and Sindi are incredibly gifted massage therapists. They have extensive training in nearly all types of massage and body work and it shows. Their massages result in lasting changes in your body. They are also helpful with explaining stretching and other techniques that you can do at home to continue to heal your own body. Their space is beautiful and serene wit extra touches that most do not have. It’s an amazing experience from start to finish. I recommend both of them unequivocally.

Sindi and Jesse are great! They have been literal lifesavers for me. I get tension headaches that take me down sometimes for 2 days. At times I've called them last minute and they have accommodated my crazy schedule. Their technique is top notch. It's wonderful to be able to go to someone as knowledgeable as they are. There are always follow-up instructions to help keep my body happy and relaxed. My sessions with Sindi are my gift to me. It's my time to be still and quiet and calm. I feel safe and taken care of. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
