I have been for three massages with two different therapists. I've had a good experience each time. The location is convenient. Quiet. Ample privacy. Qualified therapist, responsive. Recommend to try. They frequently have deals available on social media, so try checking that out.

Oh my gosh. There's getting a massage just for fun and there's getting a massage that actually helps with your pain! Carrie is AMAZING! I've gone to physical therapy & struggled with neck, back, and shoulder pain for years. She worked specific areas and explained what she was doing, showed me stretches & exercises to do, and we talked about workouts that would help me with the issues I was having. So happy and am booking my next session with her now!

I don’t know how to put into words how much I love this place. Carrie is amazing. I came with migraines, chronic pain, and an old injury. I have tried physical therapy, medication, acupuncture, and other massage therapists. Carrie not only does an amazing job if resetting my muscles and helping with my pain, but also educates me in what she is doing and why she’s choosing the specific techniques. She is not also squeezing me in weekly at the end of her work day to tape my shoulder, which provides so much relief. She is helpful, considerate, and so generous with Knowles and time. She will do just about anything within her power to help get you on the right path to healing. I am so grateful <3
