Jen gives amazing therapeutic massages. I have scleroderma and my hands/fingers were turning inwards like claws. Jen worked at discovering trigger points, relaxing tendons and ligaments to the point where I can now completely open my hands and fingers. Jen also "fixed" my upper back and neck and I now can turn my neck without any stiffness or pain. Jen has achieved all these amazing results without the harshness of the typical deep tissue massage (important for Rheumatoid Diseases). Of course, if you prefer deep tissue massages Jen can accommodate you but seriously try out her therapeutic massage!! Jen also offers a wealth of information on ways to help yourself with your at home care!

Truly the best. I am struggling with fibromyalgia and other things her trigger point release moved me to tears twice. As a person who has has other masseuses I can honestly say if u want relief go to her. It is not what u expect but so much more.
