Body in Context Medical Massage

My experience with Body in Context has been nothing short of superb. My therapist, Maureen, skillfully identified the damage points from a recent injury, and has already reduced my pain levels. She has also helped me understand muscle interactions, and offered further suggestions for exercises, etc. Her approach is gentle but focused, and her massage is wonderfully relaxing as well as therapeutic. I have every confidence that the therapists at Body in Context are all highly experienced healers.

I have gone for years now and I am never disappointed. Helene is so knowledgeable and experienced in all of the anatomy. She uses just the right amount of pressure and heat. What a kind and caring person.

This is one of the best places I have been too. After getting into a roll-over Motor accident I was hesitant to get a massage to relieve my pain and aches. But after getting referred to Body In Context by my chiropractor all I can say “why did I wait.” The team has been great in getting me back on the road doing what i love to do, despite my body and muscles figuring against it sometimes.The team has become like family. It is a great joy to know them all and they have come to accept my stupid jokes and saying. (Yes I still beat my body up, but hey I have the team to take care of that) I will definitely be coming here even for regular massages if they offer that. Body in Context is wonderful. I've been fortunate to be a client of Justin Stamper for nearly two years and am really impressed with his attention to my specific issues and how he treats them. I can't thank Body in Context enough as those regular appointments give me relief from constant back and structural issues and pain.

I started going to Adeline when I was about 3 months postpartum. My abdominal muscles had separated (diastasis recti) and I had a ton of swelling all throughout my body from my pregnancy. I had a cesarean and I was experiencing numbness around my incision and also numbness in my mid back by my shoulder. Overall I was a mess! Adeline is a true master of her craft. Not only did she listen to me and found techniques that worked specifically well with my body . I especially liked the cupping it helped so much. She had my swelling and numbness gone within a few sessions. She also gave me insight into my new postpartum body and how to love and Appreciate the journey. Now 5 months later I feel like a different person. It is definitely due in part to her. I will continue to go to her for as long as I possibly can. I am so glad to have found someone who is so skilled and Intuitive with their massage techniques.

Adeline Jade Martin is just wonderful. I go at least once a month and I feel so much better after our sessions. Adeline is more than a masseuse she is a healer. The staff are all so nice and welcoming. I highly recommend Body In Context.
