I had a few sessions here. the staff is friendly and knowledgeable also the prices are reasonable. I would absolutely recommend for a relaxing massage.

I've been seeing Marcos at Body in Kneed for about 4 months now and he's the best masseuse I've had in a long time. He really listens to you and what your problem areas are and customizes the experience for you. The stretches he performs on me are incredible and leave me feeling so good after my sessions. Super cool dude who's great at what he does and has a real passion for wellness and recovery. Highly recommend if you are tired of cookie cutter massages other places offer.

I have been in so much pain on my upper back/neck area and the massage from Kristina truly relieved so much of it. I’ve came here a few times and everytime the massages leave you feel 100x better 🙂

No hyperbole, Marcos has changed my life. He is full of wisdom, both in his words and his massage work. I've had many massages in my life, but I've never experienced some of the techniques Marcos uses. Very intuitive. When I leave the place, I feel like $10 million dollars.

Had a fantastic deep tissue massage by Penelope. She was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. My lower back has been very tight recently, and after Penelope worked on the key muscle groups, I was able to get much more range of motion and no stiffness. I highly recommend Penelope.

I have been to a number of massage therapists over the years but Penelope has proven to be the most unique and effective MT I have ever encountered. She is an active listener and adjusts her technique at each session to meet my needs.
