Very disappointed with the service I got. My appointment was at 10 for a 90min massage. Door was locked. I knocked a few times and also called with no answer. Called a second time at 1010 to leave a message saying I was going home since no one was there and Sue picked up and told me she didnt hear the phone. No apology about being 10 mins late. The actual massage was at times a little rough. Her hands were rough and she had long nails. When I left I had scratches on my arms and legs. I get massages frequently and have never left with scratches. No water was offered either. Definitely would not return.

Sue is a master at her craft. I went in for a massage, she easily found my trouble spots and helped my body and muscles relax. My back has never felt better and will definitely go again.

I received my second Brazilian wax from Sue. My first experience with getting a Brazilian wax was nothing compared to getting one with Sue. She made me feel comfortable, she refocused pain, helped with breathing, and overall professional. I will be using her from now and after my wax I booked a prenatal massage! I am so excited for it! She is so friendly, a great conversationalist and down to earth. 10/10 would highly recommend and have already referred my friends.

I encourage anyone who would like to have a relaxing massage or have a troublesome area worked on to make an appointment with Sue. She is out of this world incredible. I have suffered for years with neck and upper back pain. I have had deep tissue massages and physical therapy. Both helped, but the results never lasted. I have been seeing Sue for over 5 weeks now and am making significant progress. I initially saw Sue for craniosacral therapy – which I don’t completely understand, but it made me feel lighter and more energetic. Sue then started doing myofascial work on my neck and upper back. Not only is Sue extremely knowledgeable about anatomy, but she is also a lovely person. If the scale went to 10 stars, I would give her 10 out of 10. She is phenomenal and that good at what she does!

Sue is fabulous. Her massage is the best I’ve ever had. Her hands are amazing. The Place is very clean. Sue is very personable and professional. She makes you feel at home. I also had a facial. My skin never felt so good. I would highly recommend Body, Mind, and Soul.

I treated myself to a massage and facial for my birthday. It was my first time here and Sue was excellent at communicating with me and explaining things. I felt relaxed and recharged when I left. I will beback and telling others about my experience.

Ordered a deep tissue massage for my wife and she loved it! I chose this place because they were available for my call and was open to last minute scheduling. Love it! Next time I may schedule a couple massage.
