Bodywork by Bobbi Wellness Center

I don’t enjoy giving bad reviews, but this earned one. I suffer from chronic pain and get massage often. My usual person in spring valley was not available so I decided to try Bobbi wellness. After speaking with Bobbi and clearly explaining my issues, she recommended booking with Rae, stating she’d be the perfect to help me. I booked one hour plus 15mins of stretching. The massage was just short of a total let down. It felt rushed and incomplete, especially because I requested she put more time into specific spots than others, which didn’t happen, nor did the stretching happen, though she did do the the full hour and fifteen mins. I may be partially at fault for it feeling rushed as I could have booked a 90min session, but in Homs dire am glad I didn’t cus the therapist just want the right one for my issues anyway and the extra time probably wouldn’t have helped, rushed or not. Anyway, on a scale of 1-10 it earned a solid 2 at best. The office was clean, Rae was friendly and professional, but the massage work felt distant and did not feel as though she was invested in helping with the specific issues requested, though I clearly explained them. If you’re looking for a strictly “feel good” or “Day spa” type massage, this MIGHT be for you, but I’m going back to Nikki from spring valley because at $118 for this massage (for some reason I was charged an extra $3 on my card),, it just wasn’t worth the money spent. If I didn’t believe a worker deserves their wages, I would have cancelled payment on my card. I feel terrible giving negative feedback, but they solicited my review after the appointment and I believe in honesty and integrity, which sadly is not how I feel Bobbi treated my request for a therapist who specialist who can treat actual pain issues. It’s Bobbi who I’m mostly upset with for selling me a total let down therapy session and she should look into how good her employees are able to attend to specific levels of expertise so she can guide perspective clients to the correct therapist, which did not happen in this case. Again, not to beat up on Rae, she’s probably great for a feel good massage, but sad to say is just not cut out to deal with legit pain issues. I feel that Bobbi sold me a false bill of goods and would not recommend this business due to not being able to trust her guidance as to who to book a session with, and I can’t hold that against the therapist Rae since she didn’t sell me on the session. I’m sincerely sad to write this review

Bodyworks by Bobbi Wellness Center is a clean and relaxing environment for self care. I received a gift certificate that expired very quickly. I messaged Bobbi and she extended the date without any problems. I then had an amazing massage by Bouchra. As a person who suffers from chronic neck and back pain, she was excellent at working out the knots and loosening up the muscles. She stretched my neck carefully and I had improved range of motion in my neck when I left. She also provides a lot of tips on things that can be done at home to help with the discomfort. I've also had massages with Rae and Kaitlyn in the past, and all of these therapists are excellent at their craft. I highly recommend them to others.

I went in to my massage with Sheila with very tight and tired muscles. She worked with me in giving me a foot massage first, then working on facia, especially in my legs. I've not had this attention paid so nicely to facia. Two hours after the massage was done I still feel my body relaxing. I am so very happy to have found a new masseuse!

Bouchra was awesome! I needed deep tissue massage due me carrying so much tension in my neck and shoulders and she did a amazing job. She constantly asked if I was doing ok and I truly enjoyed the relaxing time spent with her.

Hands down, this was by far one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced! Caitlyn was so in tuned with what my body needed and this was without me directing or guiding her. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

Caitlyn was very friendly and knowledgeable. We love the ease of making appointments on line and her availability is on point with our schedule. We love the interior of the facility it smelled amazing and was very relaxing. My daughter felt the massage was beneficial and we will hire Caitlyn again!

Everything I needed to know about services and pricing was on their site. straightforward and transparent. No phone calls, voicemails or call backs to deal with. 1 min all it took to book an available time slot and I was in my session same morning within a couple of hours. Mica exceeded my expectations. She took the time to ask questions and understand my case ( sciatica, bulging disc) and designed my therapy session to best address it. I am sold on this practice and glad they are only 5 min away from home.

The male massage therapist Bobby is absolutely amazing. He’s able to release stagnant and stuck energy through and out of the body with a sense that I have never experienced. He was a truly a gifted therapist.
