Bodywork of Bend

Pleasant, quiet atmosphere. Kai does awesome work. Always know just what areas to work and is very knowledgeable. Gets in there and works out all the tension and knots that cause pain and stress from laptop work and daily activities. I tend to hold it in my shoulders and arms and she gets in there good. Showed me some additional stretching and foam roller exercises I could do on my own to help relieve some of that on my own too. Highly recommend Kai.

I liked that Bodywork of Bend focuses on the the health aspects of massages, not a "spa experience" that also offers facials, manicures, pedicures, etc.

Small building, but excellent service and experience! Lucy is a wonderful massage therapist and I recommend her to anyone looking to untie some knots. She focused on exactly what I needed her to and I left feeling more relaxed than I've been in a long time.

Evan was wonderful! I booked a last minute appointment to help with some physical anxiety and appreciated his attention to my sensitivity. I'm quite picky about massages and dislike having to start over with a new practitioner, but Evan was thoughtful, checked in with me about pressure, and made sure I was comfortable. That massage was exactly what I needed and I will definitely be booking with him again. 10/10

I was just in here business with Naomi. I hope the owner of Bend Body work reads this, the worst deep tissue or whatever style massage you call that. I can't believe I spent my afternoon and prepaid $100 for this. I felt like getting up 1/2 way through the session but I knew I wouldn't be able to do that without projecting so much anger. How is it this hard to have a decent massage? I received about 0% impact on my muscles which I communicated were subject to my rigorous frequent athletics. I also cannot further believe that between the body work of bend website and massage book page there is not one single place to submit quality feedback so I'm having to resort to this. The only good massage work I've had done in Bend was always coupled with people who brutally disrespected my time including flaking out multiple times on previously scheduled sessions. (so maybe the moral of the story is be ware of anyone easy to schedule with) I think you also have to wonder about this category of business, looking at google maps everyone has tons of reviews and 5.0 stars, seems very fake.

Overall a very relaxing, clean environment. The temperature was perfect and my massage was amazing. Ashley did an incredible job giving me a relaxing, comfortable massage (not an easy thing to achieve with me being 38 weeks pregnant)! Cannot wait to go back!

Tim was amazing. Booked a last minute massage after waking up with a horrible knot in my neck that prevented me from being able to turn my head. The environment was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The room smelled great without being overpowering. The music provided a very relaxed energy. Tim helped me to feel very comfortable and provided a fantastic massage and gave me some good tips to continue caring for my neck after the appointment. Afterwards I felt great and was able to turn my head again without pain!

A very welcoming, warm atmosphere with friendly folks who are happy to see you! It’s in a house, so just walk in the door and then a few steps to the back room office and someone will be there to welcome you. Margo provided expert deep tissue bodywork—she read my intake information, asked for additional pertinent information, then applied all of the information to my treatment. Margo is able to provide any level of pressure needed—light touch to deep tissue. I would recommend her to anyone.
