Went here for a show tonight and the host of the venue were all amazing! Teeny was 10 out of 10 stars. The food was damn good too, I had the Bahn mi earlier today and it was huge and full of flavor! I ordered a Cubano to go for after the show which I have yet to taste but it looks amazing! Great people, great music, and just an overall cool place! Will be back if I see more shows I like here since a truck driver and they let me park right out side without a trailer.

The food was delicious, with standout dishes like their loaded fries and chicken and waffles. The bar also offers of drinks, including unique cocktails and craft beers with, The service was exceptional—friendly and attentive staff made sure everyone felt at home. Whether you're looking for a place to unwind after work or to enjoy a night out with friends, Boomerangs Down Under Bar is a must-visit spot. Highly recommend!

Friendliest service around! Chicken & Waffles for Sunday brunch - the chef is super creative and he came out to tell us how he made the sauces. Chile verde nachos are also delish! We’ve also heard they have ricotta stuffed waffles on their Sat/Sun brunch - can’t wait to try them!! ❤️ Spicy Bloody Mary was perfect! They are SUPER dog friendly!!! I LOVE coming in here and petting all the pups! ❤️ ❤️❤️❤️ It would be nice if they had a self-serve water jug outside to fill up the water for your pup and even some mats to lay down next to the table (like Brickyard offers). Pork breakfast skillet was good but not popping with flavor. Spicy Bloody Mary’s were amazing and so much better than Brickyard!!

Had a good time! Would definitely go back. They had good music and the dance floor was nice. They had a big event the night before and were running out of liquor of all kinds by the end of the night. It was a bit of an annoyance but nothing we wouldn't go back over. They had great service and the event organizers were fabulous.

Some of the best food in Salt Lake City. The he chef is incredible! How is it that the best cubano sandwhich I have ever had came from a bar? Idk, but it did. And I’m so happy I gave it a shot. The vibe here is great. The staff is super friendly and very helpful with ordering. This place rocks. Keep doing what you’re doing Boomerangs Down Under Bar Millcreek! You all are killing it .

Amazing food and staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the owners really care about providing a great experience. Their cook Jerry makes the best food. His cubano is the best I’ve had in Utah.

I came here with my husband for lunch on a Sunday, so I cannot comment on Boomerang at night. Although you may be mislead by the loud outdoor speakers—but it’s a bar, so not that shocking—inside was a great, with live music playing (that wasn’t too loud). However I will be coming back for one main reason: the food. Best sandwiches I’ve had in all of SLC. Gerry, the Mastermind behind the food, has talent and puts some serious thought into what could be simple and boring dishes. Highly recommend trying the Cubano with wedge fries and their side salad. Simple has never tasted so good in this City.

It may not have been that busy, but it's the one of the few places in SLC that seems to get DJs from Europe in both of their bars. Just having that one small moment of memory, transporting me back to the grungy discotechs of eastern Europe is enough to make me love their music venues.
