Absolutely great place to spend Halloween! We had a great time singing karaoke (they have every song you know!). IDK if it's overpriced, but I challenge you to have fun on a budget on Halloween in the French Quarter! (Little clue, you can't) My husband and I felt totally welcome despite it being a gay bar- it's for everyone!

So glad we came across this place! It was karaoke night, which was so much fun! The bar staff were very friendly, we got to meet the owner Mike who was hosting the karaoke event. He was so welcoming and kind! Definitely the best bar we experienced on Bourbon St.

Do not buy your drinks here! The Bourbon Pub prices for drinks for Decadence 2024 is outrageous! A small Cape Cod (vodka and Cranberry juice) $14.35! This does not include tip! I pitty the bartenders who work this event as many of us said the tip given was small or not at all due to the inflated pricing of the drinks. Go to other bars nearby and get 2 drinks for the price of the Bourbon Pub's 1! The owners of this bar should be ashamed of themselves and their greed.

This bar is very upbeat and a huge +because it has a fireplace. While my friends and I were out and about on Bourbon Street I needed to pee really bad before we left and ended up in a gay bar! True story They have a huge screen right above the bar playing all kind of music videos everybody having a good time and many drinks customized by the bartender. A big deal breaker for the bathrooms is there is one big main bathroom with multiple stalls for men however the women's bathroom is a one person occupancy only. Bummer for the ladies. It's definitely okay because they make up for it with dancing! There's ample room for dancing and walking as the bar is in the center of the establishment with very wide walk room around in a square. We did not stay long but for the 30 minutes we were there it felt like we partied all night like it was 1999! Fun place for gays and straights alike! Get lost on Bourbon and have some bourbon French Quarter Style!

Went for Her Haus event. Drinks were WEAK! Total scam. Also the restrooms were worse than a public park. Why have a woman’s event at a nasty men’s bar?! The go go dancers were fun!

RACIST ESTABLISHMENT! I went there during French Quarter Fest 2024. As soon as me and my friend (whom was a woman but we weren’t together) entered we were greeted with nasty stares and unwelcome vibes from STAFF! And the rest of the people that are attracted to this place. Once we got to the bar my friend used her card and I sent her my $$ for drinks as I didn’t have mines. She circled zero for tip(was budgeting) and the server TOBY!!!!!! Told us the following things. 1. If we couldn’t tip we should stay home with a bottle. 2. We should try working on burning street for a night 3. We were selfish individuals 4. He told us that if he was too broke to afford a tip then we should stay home and not waste anyone’s time. I made a report and management did NOTHING! They let the complaint slide under the rug. They hate young black gay people. This is an unwelcoming place for black gays in a predominantly black city. This is a terrible, nasty, poorly kept up place and I’m sure that there’s some kind of code enforcement violations with the building.

Was one of the greatest pubs I visited over Mardi gras weekend. Music was amazing, drinks were good and energy was up.
