Brookside Bar & Grill

We stopped in for lunch and sat outside on the patio. The location is awesome! There's a Brooke running underneath the bar/restaurant! It took a long time for us to get served, but once we did, all was fine. We got the quesadilla, pizza and the Tuscan chicken sandwich. They were really good!

Friendly service! I enjoyed my autumn apple burger on ciabatta (w/ havarti cheese, apple slices, pickle, spinach, sauce). It tasted great and was filling without being overly heavy or greasy. The chicken gumbo was also tasty!

Genuinely friendly and knowledgeable service by all servers. Food is perfectly seasoned and always served hot. Vegan and vegetarian options are clearly stated. Pizza is way above bar. Burgers and sides are delicious and not too greasy. Back patio has seriously good vibes, many tables are “brook side” and the sounds are delightful. Lovely potted plants everywhere. Prices are super fair.

We have been going here for many years and we enjoy the outdoor patio, dining, music until recently, the welcoming atmosphere, kid friendly, pet friendly, and most importantly the gracious owners and all of the staff. A shoutout to Vanessa whose impeccable service, kindness, and continued friendship is a special plus!!! Not to mention the owners, whom each and every one of them provides a warm and welcoming presence! We thank you , Deb and Dave Olson

Got a late lunch here and it was superb. So pumped they could sub a Beyond Burger for any of their regular burgers. Nice NA beer offerings. Waitress was really nice and attentive. Pretty patio space outside with the brook running right through the building. Lots of places to walk around afterwards, including a trail to the river and up the brook, and up to an old cabin.

Wonderful Restaurant/Bar in a beautiful river town. The burgers were excellent, nice beer selection, & the staff was top notch!

the sandwiches were yummy, the fried foods were way over fried. they were really busy, and not staffed for it, so placing an order, and getting the bill easily added an hour to our time. we thought it’d be a quick bite

I love this place! Their menu is very eclectic and everything on it is absolutely delicious. The staff are excellent and the owners are always working on the next great idea to make your experience the best possible. Rosie is at the heart of it all and makes everyone feel like family the minute you walk in the door.
