Their customer service is fantastic, and deserves more than five stars. I highly recommend the deep tissue massage, or the hot stones massage. They are by far two of my favorite massages to get! They have affordable pricing, and never disappoint, plus their rooms are clean and sanitized! I walked out of there feeling very relaxed, and better than ever! You can find them on the wccc website!

Sofi is a deep tissue professional of the highest level. Exceptionally courteous and respectful and extremely knowledgeable about locating nerve centers. This was my first visit. I initially booked 60 minutes, but I was fortunate that she was available to extend my appointment to 90 minutes. 5 stars, and I will definitely be returning for another session.

Been 3 times & each massage was awesome. No appointment necessary fits my schedule! The rooms are clean & overall a relaxing environment. The therapists are polite, professional and strong and I love the beneficial stretching they incorporate into your massage for your body!

Very clean establishment and rooms bumped up the rating from 0 to 1 Star. I should have read the reviews prior to booking a 60 min deep tissue massage short notice on Dec 31. The older masseuse performed a light-handed massage on my entire body regardless of my repeated ask for a deep tissue, more pressure and focus primarily on the neck, shoulders and back. I would not even label the massage as Swedish based on my overall experience with spa services in the US and abroad. Large towel supplied to cover most of my body except a portion of my legs and feet, so when she stepped out of the room twice, the cold air flow caused my body to shiver. Majority of the massage was conducted with her hands on the top of the towel. IT WAS WORTH MASSAGE IN MY LIFETIME! They charged a credit card fee for the transaction and asked for additional tip in excess of the tip already provided while she displayed unappreciated facial expressions. When I tipped her, she complained about the amount. l will never return to BZ Spa in Kenosha for massage services.

1/28/22 How does this place have so many stars? I must have gotten 100 massages in my life and this was definitely top 3 worst. Coughing. Yawning. 0% effort given. Left room for 5 min to get a hot towel....20 min into the massage Towel was only half wet! Massaged the same spot on my left calf for a good 10 min straight. I look up and she's full zombie mode just staring at the wall. After it mercifully ended she says "No tip?". I told her I'd love to tip but that was just bad. She said "You give me $10!" I shook my head and left. She's the really short one on night shift. If u get her just turn around and leave.

The lady performing my massage spent the majority of the time not addressing the areas I specifically requested worked. Plus, she continually left the room to handle other business. My 1 hour massage ended up being more like a 45 minute massage. When I tipped her, she complained about the amount.

I just had a great deep tissue massage. It was very good the massage therapist there are well-trained and know exactly how to remove those knots. I gave them five stars because of the good pricing, good value and good service. This is my third visit and this time I was introduced to a new massage therapist. She did very well and I enjoyed the relaxing massage. I recommend BZ Spa!
