California Lymphatic Massage

I began seeing Joanne for lymphatic drainage massages after my surgery. She takes her time to make sure to address all areas needed, giving the attention required to really loosen up and move the lymph to be able to drain at the appropriate nodes. You can see and feel the difference immediately! She was extensively helpful at reducing my immediate stiffness, pain and swelling. She used gentle techniques and applied just the right amount of pressure during a time when I am extremely sensitive to touch. I continue my massages with her and I am seeing immediate improvement in my tissue and stiffness. I would leave every massage with more mobility and comfort than I came with. I’m grateful for finding a place that could help resolve my discomfort. She is definitely there to support your health. You can tell it is a passion for her. Joanna is really gifted. Joanne is truly amazing! Not only is she skilled and knowledgeable, she is also kind and easy going. I am a fairly new client, however Joanne has gone above and beyond to fit me into her already booked schedule. I initially booked for lymphatic massages, but Joanne noticed the need for fascia work, in which I’ve noticed an immediate difference in how I feel (to touch and overall wellness). This may be putting a bit of pressure on Joanne, but I’ve told her repeatedly that she has magic hands. I cannot recommend her enough.

Joanne is a highly skilled and compassionate individual. She will help you heal and get back to life! If you are getting any type of surgery her care is a must, and should be figured into your budget. I started a week before my surgery and going 1-2 days a week. I actually don’t think I want to stop. I may transition to once a month as soon as I’m fully healed. Which takes 3 months! Also, her bed is super comfy! U may just want to stay there lol!

What can I say- Joanne is AMAZING!!! This was my first session with her- 5th week out of surgery. I felt the difference immediately. She helped relieve a lot of the swelling and stiffness. I wish I could’ve gone to her sooner; she’s helped with my recovery and I am able to move faster. I will definitely schedule more sessions with her. Joanne is amazing! This was my first time experiencing lymphatic massage, so she took time to educate me and answer all my questions. She’s very knowledgeable, professional, and personable (easy to talk to). She’s super sweet and you can tell that she has passion for what she does. I was 4 weeks post-lipo and retaining fluid. I visited Joanne at the recommendation of my plastic surgeon, Dr. Mariotti, and I am so happy I did. She has magic fingers. First of all, Joanne made room for me in her schedule, even though she was leaving on a trip. She's also an absolute gem of a person. She's both kind and professional. She's also very, very good at what she does. I had one appointment before my surgery and three after. The results were pretty mind-blowing (I wish I could post pictures). When I went back to Dr. Mariotti’s office at 2 weeks, he said I looked like I was 6 weeks post-op. I also felt so much better after each session. After a tummy-tuck with breast implant removal , relieving a lot of the swelling helped me heal much faster. The massage also held with the soreness and muscle-stiffness. Joanne has ways to accommodate any issues (like if you can't lay flat or can't lay on your chest). She will make sure you are comfortable. Seriously, she's awesome. I plan on visiting her any time I have surgery from now on (she only works on surgical patients).
