Casanova Karaoke Lounges

We did not eat food, but everything else was wonderful! Aaliyah was very accommodating with the time and gave us our time back because traffic made us all a tad late. The decor for the Holidays was BEAUTIFUL and it was such a vibe for a Friday night. The floors had LOTS of stains and could use a touch up, but other than that we enjoyed every minute and plan to be back again!

Awesome place! Although our room didn't have A/C, so it felt like a sauna. The crew was very nice and didn't charge us for the hour since it was pretty hot. Hopefully, by now, they have fixed that issue, if not, they shouldn't charge you for the room.

This place has great customer service, very good drinks, and the private karaoke rooms are amazing. Loved it.

This place was a great ladies' night out for a birthday! The outdoor area and the inside public bar area are so pretty and both have such a cool vibe. The private room for karaoke was so fun! Awesome selection of music...great service from Darnell...amazing food and drinks! Definitely check this out if you've never been!

This place was truly fun and we had an amazing time doing karaoke! The joke on us was the 20% gratuity tacked on to our bill at the end of the night! That was not posted nor were we notified of it. This gratuity was insane and not ok. We did not get any service except a bowl of noodles. Dallas is ridiculous and watch out because even if you don't order anything they are tacking 20% on to your bill!

Last night was my engagement party with a group of my friends, the atmosphere was so fun, food was delicious and our server Adin was absolutely amazing. Very attentive and made my night feel super special. He was very quick to get drinks and food, had great recommendations too! To top it all off, earlier in the day my flight got in late and I was an hour late for my reservation, Adin was kind enough to let my group extend for another 30 minutes of karaoke which truly means the WORLD to me. This is how you get some repeat business!! Thank you so much!!

Family night out turned into the best dinner night ever.... the decor was epic and relaxing, the server was so professional and knowledgeable about the food and cocktail parings and notes... The food was beyond fabulous, put away all the salt and pepper shakers, it would be an insult, as everything was delicious perfect for a party or dinner for two.

We came here for karaoke and overall had a good experience! The service was quick, friendly, and professional and the room was nice and large and could accommodate a party of 6. The only issue we ran into was that the app we were using to sing karaoke kept going out in our room due to internet connection issues. Additionally, the cord that connected the iPad to the projector was also super finicky and if you touched the iPad the wrong way, it would go out. This was definitely a little frustrating, however they fixed the issue and waived the room fee, so that was nice! However, I feel like this should have never been an issue to begin with. Troubleshoot your internet problem and buy a new cable for your iPad... these are quick, easy, and cheap fixes that will improve your customer's experience!
