Jessica was wonderful. The appointment got off to a bit of a slow start that had nothing to do with the massage itself. I'm a rather large gentleman and had some concerns which I expressed to Jessica in my booking notes. Jessica remembered and addressed all of my concerns; even contacting me a couple days prior to discuss them with me. The actual massage was awesome. I had a number of troubled areas in my upper back and shoulders, which Jessica manipulated; not only with her hands, but some well placed elbows. Jessica provides truly the most relaxing massage I've experienced. Her space feels very calming, and her style feels unique in that she uses a slow, methodical pace that facilitates true relaxation. I feel like I lose track of time during my massage, in the best possible way. Centered Spirit is my go-to when I need to unwind, disconnect, or reset.
