Kacie has been a life saver! I am a pretty active 50something and struggle with lower back pain. Kacie has been able to help alleviate the pain, help me stretch where needed and tight and I always feel she knows exactly what I need worked on. She was a lifesaver when I could barely bend over to get myself dressed, after a few appts I was on the right track and now see her regularly as part of my wellness routine. So happy to have found her almost 6 months ago!

Kacie is the best! I've had hip/muscle issues that she's helped resolve, she gives an amazing massage, always on time, very professional, and super-friendly. She also warms your feet with towels at the end - truly awesome! I highly recommend her.

Ask for KC! She is absolutely amazing. I kept hearing people at my gym speak about her. She somehow combines luxury relaxation and deep tissue to make for an experience like nothing else I have had. Her sheets were super soft the room is clean and bright. I was on her waiting list for the week and got in quickly when someone was sick. Well worth the wait! I ended up booking once a month for the rest of the year. Office is in the McNear building upstairs.

It was worth the small wait to see casey! I have never had such a great deep tissue. I was finding a lot of other therapists I was trying either just press hard or jostle me around the entire session doing pressure points but casey has a really awesome relaxing yet productive deep tissue technique. I booked out the next 3 months and it is soooo worth it
