I last minute was looking for a local therapeutic massage on a self care break from work. I was blessed to find Change Your Pace Therapeutic Massage. Georgiana was amazing! She listened to the areas I wanted to focus on and customized for the best massage I have ever had. She even provided tips for me on stretching to prevent future issues. With the services she provides including cupping and the customization with the massages, I look forward to returning. Can't recommend Georgiana at Change Your Pace enough!

I have been to many massage therapists and Georgiana is hands down the best one. She asks and listens to which part of your body is having issues and works on it throughly. The pressure is always perfect. I have and will continue to recommend multiple friends/coworkers to Change Your Pace!

I had an excellent massage by Maureen Henderson today. She listened to my issues and gave me exactly the massage I needed. I left the office feeling like a new person, and somehow my face looked brighter. I will definitely be back.

Had my first session today with Steve and plan to come back! My Son has had a view massages here and had a positive experience. When it came time to book a session for myself I knew where to go! Steve was excellent and focused on the muscle groups I was in most need of. His technique and experience was exactly what I required. Hope to book an hour long session in the near future. Very easy and accessible location to anyone in the Severna Park, Arnold or Annapolis area. Even beyond because this place is amazing!

As someone who has moved a lot, I have had many massage therapists in different parts of the country. I can confidently say that Georgiana is one of the best. She knows how to work the parts of your body that hurt, but more importantly, find the root cause and work that too. She's flexible in using a soft or firm touch, depending on your sensitivity. Bottomline she's very professional and competent. She is now my go-to therapist!

Wow. With this being my first therapeutic massage I didn't know what to expect. I'd only had one massage before this and it was a couples massage. When I say this was completely different, it was completely different. Firstly, Steve is a very knowledgeable masseuse. He took the time to get an understanding of what was bothering me and what my expectations were. He was able to gauge my issues quickly and did a great job addressing problem areas. Steve was able to loosen tightness in places I did not even know we're tight. He also let me know that the state of my body and its issues would definitely need more time to work through completely and gave suggestions on helpful stretching methods and other therapies to supplement massage. I left feeling much relief and look forward to returning to continue to get my body back to a better equilibrium.

I started going to Change your Pace (at the Arnold office) after my regular massage therapist in Arnold moved to the West Coast. The transition was very smooth and I am glad to have met Cheryl. It’s obvious she loves what she does. She is an excellent massage therapist but also a smart business owner. She is an easy going, friendly, reliable and knowledgeable professional. Cheryl listens to you and your body and makes my body feel better during and after the session. I highly recommend her! Finally, the location in Arnold is convenient and the space is inviting, spacious and relaxing.

As a medical provider, I have struggled over the years to find the right person for me to address my bodywork needs. My usual massage therapist has moved on and I haven't been able to find someone who addresses things as I need. I prefer someone with a vast amount of knowledge of the muscles, body, and the overall dynamics. It's not just about deep pressure, it's about educated hands.
