Chester's Pub

Second time I’ve ended up with flies in my whiskey before I could finish the shot… perhaps they need some type of fly trap or deterrent? But flies really aren’t my mixer of choice for whiskey…. Food is good. Staff is friendly. Parking is easy. Flies….. not so great….

Bartender was very friendly, attentive and made my favorite drink in the fly flawlessly. Mint Julep! The food is very good. More elevated than a typical Dive Bar. Keep it up and hope to see this place around for a long time!

I love this bar. I miss having two pool tables but also understand that there needs to be more room for all the people who have been coming in. Besides that, I get SO excited when I see Alicia, Savannah, Josh and Jordan and there’s one lady with dark hair who I catch on occasion who I really really enjoy. I wish I could remember her name but she’s amazing and has been there for quite awhile I think I was told. They keep the energy in that bar amazing, all of they’re drinks taste amazing (which I feel like I have to say because some people/places just don’t care about the drinks their sending out). I always feel welcomed by them, and am never worried about who’s working when I debate which bar to go to. I know it’s always going to be someone good. One thing is I think that the love the bartenders have making and serving drinks needs to be felt with the food like it used to be. The food in all honestly has gone downhill and it just seems like they don’t care which is okay on occasion but consistently getting food that isn’t made with care has made me not order any food for about a year maybe two so not sure about that but also the cooks who walk by are always friendly and wave and smile and are welcoming too. One more thing, thank you THANK YOU for letting me bring my dog on leash to the outside area that is huge for me and I really appreciate everything about this bar, for years but ESPECIALLY since the names above have been around. I love Chester’s.

I recently visited Chester Pub and had the pleasure of being served by Josh, the bartender. I ordered a Bloody Mary, and it was one of the best I’ve had. The drink was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice and garnishes. The service was exceptional. Josh was attentive, friendly, and made sure my experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Chester Pub is a great spot for a relaxing drink and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Nice casual place to drop by and grab some grub after a day on the slopes or hike. Great food and the place is pretty spacious with nice outdoor seating. . There's pool tables,lottery and the locals and staff are friendly and pleasant.givevit a try if you're ever headed east over Mt Hood.

The owners have done a wonderful job making sure this establishment creates a nice place for people to enjoy a nice dinner and cold drinks. The staff they have hired all bring something special to the team. The cooks work hard and the bartenders are friendly and working hard to make sure they serve the people!

Love this bar, it's like a family but also fun and relaxing! Bartenders are more friends than just someone you know, Savannah has always been the nicest no matter the situation and handles everything with grace! Beyond happy to visit the bar everytime I go!

Josh is the best bartender! He’s attentive and friendly, the food is great, and the patio is a great place to grab lunch in the sunshine. To be honest, all the bartenders are fantastic, great service and great food! Highly recommend for a spot on your way up the Mountain and back home.
