I have been a client of Carla for years. She is very professional and have a quiet and relaxing place. She focus exactly where I requested and untangle the knots on my shoulder and back. I have been going to Carla for a couple months now. I was having numbness in my thigh, with her massage and technique the numbness has gone away. I carry my stress in my shoulders, so I have had her work on my shoulders which has help with my headaches. You choose what you want to be worked on and the pressure. I have chosen deep tissue which for me is the best, however, this choice has been a little uncomfortable but well worth it , for it helped my leg. I have also done a lighter message, which ended up putting me to sleep. Whichever the choice maybe it is well worth it for me.
