Clearwater Massage

The massage itself was good, however, I will not return. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage, which they charged $125 for despite the sign saying $116. Five dollars was added for CC. Still, it's whatever. Then, I leave a $20 tip. At the end of the massage, I get lectured on how all of her clients leave $10 for 30 minutes, $20 for 60, and $30 for 90. Excuse me? This is a TIP. It's OPTIONAL. Totally unprofessional. She should instead be lecturing her boss to pay her more from that $125 I gave them. It's not my job to pay your employees what you are too cheap to pay them.

I would not go to this place. My girlfriend and I purchased a 60 minutes couples massage. After showing up and waiting over an hour for our reservation, I decided it was time to leave. They only had 1 person working. He was trying to answer phones and give a massage at the same time. He appeared to be the only worker there. I do not know why they thought they could give a couples massage with just one worker. I tried to get my refund and they refused to give me my money back. I have to now get in touch with my credit card company to try to get my money back. Please avoid this headache!

I got one of the best massages here! Nancy was amazing and she really released so much tension in my back and neck. The place is clean, the staff is very nice and the massage is incredible! Highly recommend if you like deep tissue massages and need to get rid of knots or release tension. Amazing!

My boyfriend and I got a couples massage. The massage it’s self wasn’t bad. However, they talked through it and the lady was singing. For my boyfriend’s first massage it was decent. At the end though they kept asking for tips, rather aggressively. We felt forced into giving a higher tip than necessary.

Drove 18 hours and was hurting. Incredible massage, good price. The best scalp massage I have ever had. Got right in.

Hands down the worst massage and stressed from beginning to end. When I got there the guy at the counter seemed stressed out that I had an hour massage, I asked if I needed to come back, he said no. Lead me to the room, left and closed the door...never said a word. Also, never asked me what I wanted worked on, and then gave me a brutal back rub. So terrible. I was going to leave a $15 tip, not sure why, but that's just me. I told her to ring my card for $15 and she seemed to have a real problem with that, so we went back and forth, she looked at me and said"$20?". I was shocked, but said yes. I shouldn't have left anything, but I will definitely never go back.

I came here to get a couple massage and the guy who was taking care of me was talking to the other guy while giving us a massage and not even ask me anything about were it hurt or nothing . He just came in and started working on me I have to tell him what to do and on top of that He’s going back and forth to answer the phone and living the room multiple times. Until he brought the phone with him to the massage room and started to massage me with one hand and talking at the phone and making more phone calls with the other and then has the nerve to tell me that I have to relax . So I told him that how can I relax like this So we told him to stop and if he’s not going to provide a quality service we were going to leave but not even 2 minutes after that he did it again so we got up got dressed and ask for a refund for such a bad experience but he got super rude and refused to give us the refund Me and my friend came here to relax not to get more stressed
