Cloud Nine Massage - O'Fallon

I went and had the signature Massage with Trish and an add on of cupping. It was amazing she was so kind and shared stretching techniques with me. I felt amazing the next day. I hold tension in my neck and shoulders and she did so good working through that area! Already booked my next one with her!

I am not new to massage and after Covid I was left without a massage therapist and a place to go. I have just recently started going to Cloud 9 and it’s wonderful! Stephanie has been a terrific massage therapist and has really helped me with a back problem I was having. Cloud 9 is clean and professional and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a massage therapist!

Revision 10/13/24 After my last visit and review, the owner reached out to me, she was very apologetic about my experience. She immediately offered to give me a full refund or another massage from another therapist. The owner honestly wanted me to not feel as if I wasted my time and money. I elected to take her up on her offer for another massage and give Cloud Nine another shot. I am honestly glad I did. My experience this morning was 180 degrees from my first visit and I will 100% be visiting Cloud Nine again. Regardless of my first experience. Cloud Nine, is a nice facility, clean, organized, and welcoming. Thank you Stephanie! 10/5/24 Very disappointed in my visit. I purchased their Signature Massage which includes one deep tissue isolated area. During my “make an appointment” online. I specified this area. When I arrived to my appointment. I was asked if there were any specific areas to work on. I again specified the one spot to focus on. I was told “there should be enough time in 90min to hit that spot. During the actual massage. We she finally got around to this area. She spent less than two minutes there. Literally moved her hand two times over the muscle and one time on the opposite side. She confirmed, yes that is tight. She then moved on to finish out the rest of my body. Me, thinking she would come back to it and never did. The purpose of my visit was to loosen the one area. Very disappointing and will not be returning.

Sarah at the front was very welcoming and helped me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. She told me the background of the company as well as her own background. From there, the massage with Stacy went perfectly. She focused on the areas where I was having pain and I left feeling incredibly relaxed. I will absolutely be back.

I was referred here by another masseuse for prenatal massages and I’ve been twice now and I love it. Both Edin and Shey are wonderful and did so well that I left feeling much better and more relaxed than when I came in. I will definitely be going again and again. I’m not sure I could survive pregnancy without the ladies at Cloud Nine Massage.

Great massage with Amber today! She gives a wonderful relaxing massage. This was my first experience at Cloud Nine and was greeted warmly by the manager and felt instantly welcome and comfortable in the beautiful, airy space they have created here. ❤️

Oh WOW! I've NEVER had a professional massage in my life & when I told my gf, she right then and there booked me an appointment at Cloud 9(great friend right?!). I'm SO THANKFUL she did!! When I walked in, Stacy greeted me and handed me a sheet to fill out. She then directed me to a tranquil room that immediately put my mind and body at ease. I undressed and got on the warm table then Stacy have me options of essential oils. The music was perfect and so was my full body massage. I'll most definitely be back!! Thank you Cloud 9 & Stacy for a wonderful 1st experience ❤️

First time appointment with Alexa. She concentrated on a shoulder issue I have and the relief has been amazing. The whole massage was so so relaxing and just the medicine I needed. Would highly recommend. Thank you Alexa. See ya next month.
