You come across different people but everyone is respectful. Nice layout and spacious atmosphere. Very calming and relaxing as well. I got lost in the steam room which was super hot and cloudy and lost my way and didn’t like the feeling of losing track and not knowing where the exit was. Other than that no negative thoughts on my end Thank you

I'll be fair in this review. First of all, I never had any issues with any staff or customer service. They seemed to be very helpful - Albeit sometimes stressed - especially during busy nights and / or limited staff. Maybe the person people on here many complained about isn't there anymore. They do the most immaculate up-keep as possible with this place - Recently redoing the entire pool area and deck / patio. Keeping everything inside clean and tidy is not easy. But they do it the best they can and are quite well at it. Rooms / play areas are sanitized and not to mention there's a full gym and vending area. Some nights they offer free STD testing. Keep an eye out for their specials. The three stars I gave are for what's above. Below I'll explain about the patrons there, which is a whole different ball game and has nothing to do with the establishment nor it's owners. First of all I like men of color, especially Asians. Also like the younger crowd. There used to be a highly diverse clientele from many ethic AND age groups. It may sound like a "meat market", haha, well it is (or was). Years back I'd eye up maybe 5 or 6 of my "type" of guys ... Often doing some fun with at least half or most of them. Including young Latin / Asian guys. And if the first one wasn't interested in me = No problem, the "other 3 or 4" usually were. Now that diverse ethic and 20 to 70 year old mixed eclectic crowd seems to be mostly older white guys. With the age groups from 45 to 75. I'm in that range too. Sadly at any given time, maybe I'll see one Asian guy, usually middle aged, and 95% of the time he wants nothing to do with me. The other scant few, especially young black / Latin, just walk around and stare past you (don't make the mistake thinking someone looking past you is looking at you and touch them. I learned that the hard way with a loud slap to my hand and a lecture)! Now a days almost everyone there is rude to one another - and, ironically - I find the staff there to be NICER than the patrons. I'm not sure what happened, I do have my tastes, and I'm almost exclusively approached by these older white guys. Funny thar the last time I was there an Asian guy I liked pushed me away, tried to come on to the old white guy trying to come on to me - And he slapped the Asian guy away showing interest in the older guy! Maybe the price increase? Or young / ethnic people are on dating apps instead and don't go there anymore? Young / college students (visitors too) don't want to pay $40+ for a room? Maybe only people with money go there (retirees?) ... I understand inflation is rampant so that's not a fault the establishment either. Nothing is 4 Eva.

The facilities are excellent overall, although the dry sauna seemed to be out of order today. The spa is very clean, though the carpet has a slightly odd smell—likely due to people walking on it while wet. Given the nature of the spa with pools, saunas, and showers, this is understandable. However, it might be worth considering different flooring in future refurbishments. I have two suggestions: First, the floating mats in the pool appear sunburnt and overused, so replacing them could enhance the experience. Second, the pricing might need to be reconsidered. The spa seems to attract an older crowd, which is perfectly fine (and often what I’m looking for), but the lack of younger visitors affects the atmosphere. More affordable rates could encourage students and young people to visit, bringing fresh energy to the space. I read the reviews before going and was a bit anxious about interacting with the staff, but I felt very welcomed by the receptionist. When I needed help with one of the drink machines, another staff member was super helpful and friendly as well. Overall, I will return, though not twice in a row, as it is quite expensive.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting at Club Fort Lauderdale, and it was an unforgettable experience. The receptionists, service employee, security were empathetic, thoughtful, and attentive. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, my usual picky request for 2 rooms on the red and blue area separate each other was always addressed by the amazing receptionists employee with not complains at all. The accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my 6 hours stay were truly memorable. Spending time in the relaxation area was cozy, and the very steamy sauna room was a bonus to the enjoyable therapy and I can’t wait to return to Club Fort Lauderdale on my unknown future next visit. Some people from the staff will recognize me with this phrase pretty Well “STILL THE BEST PLACE MY FRIEND” - ***TO OWNERS: Please, congratulate yours employees, They are amazing and hard workers. I Highly recommended!” 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From RP & CM❤️ ❤️

Spacious room but pls add ventilation in the bathroom. I had a room far from the bathroom but in my room 202 I can smell the bathroom foul it lingered a long time so I checked out sooner than I should. Pool too strong chemical. Steam room is great fun layout. Midnight bald chk out staff with fancy glasses on is very nice makes u feel very well looked after. Not a bad impression to wrap up the evening after all. In general I had a good time there but because of the lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom I'll visit the club less. Yes some comments here are right about music too loud. Not necessary to have music at the outside entrance awning. I had a good time with other members in the club but left annoyed by the bathroom foul smell in my room 202 and the too loud music. Too loud to a point it affects the interaction and focus in the room between members...well ear plugs fun perhaps....

Well, the place is not bad overall. But I agree with many others reviews that there’s one person at the front desk is behaving very bad to customers. I understand that he’s decided to be a queen for his life but he’s still at work and actually has to be at least polite to customers. He always acts disrespectful and rude for no reason. And I confused that he’s still working there after so many complaints about him. Advise for the management - don’t waste your time to fight with your customers on reviews, better use this time to replace your staff and avoid so toxic people in your team.
