My husband and I recently spent a few days in Park City and decided to try Collie's for lunch. It was our first visit, and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and hot. I had the fish and chips, which had a light and crispy breading—just the right amount. I also enjoyed a Bloody Mary with just the right amount of spices. Overall, it was a five-star experience for both food and service.

The food we ordered was average as far as bar grill food goes. The service was great. We got fish and chips, garlic Parmesan buffalo wings, and fried pickles.

Went with friends to watch football this afternoon. We had never been to collies but liked that it was family friendly. The service was great, really friendly, and attentive. Liv is simply the definition of “the best.” I would go back just to have her as our server again! Oh and the food was good too.

Visited on a whim today and glad we did! Our server Jacob was outstanding! We were greeted so warmly by him. I was unsure on what I wanted to eat so he recommended the tilapia tacos and I must say they were amazing! A definite must try! My partner tried the blackberry bourbon smash as recommend by Jacob and he said it was delicious! We will be recommending this place to all of out friends! Huge shout out to Jacob for the amazing hospitality, recommendations and giving our evening that extra sparkle! We will be returning for his service if nothing else!

Excellent all around. Our server, Jacob, was fantastic!! He made great menu suggestions and gave us some really good site seeing and event ideas. We shared the pretzels and queso appetizer. My husband had the Twister burger and I had the Cloud 9, all of it was delicious! We will definitely try to go back again before we head home. You will not be disappointed at Collies!

Food was very good, and they had all of the football games on! We were from out of town and weren’t sure where to watch sports. Many restaurants in park city were also only 21+, but collies was not, which we very much appreciated. We did have a few service issued but the manager did a great job at resolving — very impressed with their leadership and follow up (thanks Rachal). Thanks again!

Stopped in after a day on the slopes for some food and drinks. Wasn’t really expecting much from a sports bar but the food was actually pretty good. We got some ribs, tri tip, and sausage. The meat was fall off the bone and very tasty. The tri tips had great seasoning and the sausage had just the right amount of spicy. The only down side to the food was that it was a little on the dry side. Regarding the 2 starts for the service…we sat for about 10-15 minutes or so before we stopped someone and asked about our server. Turned out, the hostess didn’t tell the server they were sat. If you’re looking for a sports bar with a lot of energy and games with good food, stop in.

My wife had a hankering for wings while we were in Park City, so we started looking around. Apparently PC isn’t known for great wings, cuz there aren’t a lot of options, but Collies had a few choices so we paid them a visit. She ordered Mango Habanero Chicken Wings, and I got a Climax sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries. The wings were alright. A bit too spicy for me to enjoy more than one. Also they left a radioactive color of yellow on anything they touched. Wings are already messy, so adding such a bright color to that mess is… well… a mess. The Climax sandwich was good. I’m pretty easy to please with pulled pork, so I enjoyed it a lot. It won’t blow you away if you’re comparing it to a true BBQ pulled pork sandwich from the South. But if you compare it to a neighborhood potluck, then you’ll be pleased. The sweet potato fries were yummy. You’ll have to ask for fry sauce, as it is not included by default, but they were happy to provide it after asking. The server was from Romania, and she was fun to talk to. We asked about her life and she was happy to share. Good conversation, pretty decent food, and a solid view of the mountains of Park City. If you’re on Main Street and need a bite, this is a good bet.
